| I've already made a couple of posts without introducing myself, so let me fix that right now. My name is Maria but I go by mustluvcatz online. I'm from Illinois and have been playing the Sims since right before the Sims 2 came out. I had just gotten used to the Sims when my son ordered the Sims 2 for my birthday. I've been hooked ever since. These days, I don't get to play as much. I learned to recolor, so now I do that- and build lots- more than play. Someday soon, I hope to correct that. I'm a Global Mod/Resident Creator at SailfinSims, which I call "home". But I've been known to wander a bit, so I'm sure I'll pop in here now and then!  | |

I'll save you a piece of bunny cake- my mom makes me a bunny shaped cake when my birthday falls on Easter. She's done that my whole life...wonder how many bunny cakes I've had in 46 years?!? Awww... That's so neat, Maria!  Moms are the BEST! I'm so glad you had such a great birthday. And yes, I will definitely take you up on a piece of that bunny cake if it's not all gone! | Thanks muchly, Sugah. I've popped in a few times (more than a few probably) and nobody's online when I do, so I pop right on back out. That said, most of my computer time is spent in MilkShape or PhotoShop anymore. I love that cake smiley. It's awesome! | |

| No, no special plans. Well we went out, er- I went out and picked up supper. That's it.
My mom will be over this weekend, so there's a chance we'll have a little party of sorts. :) I know she feels like my birthday got pushed aside this year- I always make sure that she and the kids get their favorite meal and cake/ice cream at the very least. Then my day comes along and, well, nothing. BUT that's the price I'm paying for having a calmer, healthier, happier home life. (And it's a price I'm more than willing to pay!) I got a beautiful card with a generous gift in it, warm wishes all over the place and didn't have to cook supper! What more could I have possibly asked for? Nothing, that's what. | |
