I am Linda (lindawing) from Neighborly Sims (ask Sugah how to get there, since I can't post links yet).

I've been Simming since the inception of TS1, having purchased it for my youngest daughter, whom I was homeschooling at the time. I soon became more addicted than she was, and the rest is history. Still loving the game, with all its many changes throughout the years.

I always say I love it because I have a standing love for dollhouses. The Sims are the ultimate way for even us "mature" adults to still play with a dollhouse! laughin

I may not be over here much, but I'll try to check in once in a while. I keep pretty busy with Simming, building new TS3 (and still the occasional TS2) worlds, running the Neighborly Sims forum, and (shhh...don't tell) also playing WoW (yes, girls DO play Wow...well, at least 62-year-old grandmas do!).

Hi and welcome, Linda!
Nice to see you here.

I, too, got started with TS1 because of my youngest daughter.
I used to watch her play for hours at a time.
She taught me how to play in autumn of 2000 and I've been enjoying the Sims ever since.

I completely understand about not being able to visit here much.
I don't know how often I'll get to Neighborly Sims, but will do my best to stop by, esp. on days when I post our updates there.

Thank you for joining us and for introducing yourself.

Welcome!

62 and playing Wow? You are my hero. I plan to be shooting zombies and slaying dragons until I can't see my computer anymore. Greetings! 99672
