Sugah's Place is proud to be one of the last remaining Sims sites devoted entirely to Sims 2. The Ladies of SP welcome you and thank you for being here with us. * See what's NEWby clicking on THIS LINK ...We try to update regularly, so check back often!Follow us on Facebook, Pinterest and 'Tweet' yourself to a little Sugah!! ... Stop by, introduce yourself, play some forum games and schmooze a bit. We're happy to have you.
Just few words for all of you and specially for the team of Sugah's Place who spoil us with all these so pretty and free downloads.
As an old member of that pleasant site (even if I had forgotten to introduce me), I truly appreciate to find the meshes in the recolors folders, and love when the files are not too heavy (Yes... all of us know too well that the Downloads folder quickly becomes full of wonderful stuff !).
I am Mister Hexe, living in Paris with a beautiful black Miss cat who jumps on the desk if I play the Sims too much time ...instead of giving her some food. My despair is that Maxis never published for the Mac users the EPs following BV, and that I cannot use the wonderful tools made for the community since there are no Mac versions of it, then, I cannot create nor recolour ...the worst is all the beautiful houses that I cannot install in my game without all the EPs...
Anyway, thank you very much to all the great creators who offer us such magnificent work.
Très bon jeu à tous ! H.

Bonjour Mister Hexe! It's 5 years late, but
I'm so sorry that you're not able to install most of the houses we offer, but pleased that you can still find some goodies that you like here. We're all crazy about TS2 and love to meet other TS2 Simmers!
I met my husband, Jayce right here at Sugah's Place. He moved all the way from Australia to be with me in the Caribbean, and he brought his black cat with him (2 days and several flights)...so now I'm a kitty Mama!
She loves having simming parents, because we sit around on the sofa (we have our computers in front the sofa) and she sits between us while we play, and gets double pats! She has already learned to wake me up in the morning when she's hungry by climbing onto my pillow and sitting next to my head. Ha ha!
So nice to meet a fellow simmer and kitty parent!

That's such a shame, because these people are very talented.

That is too true! Every time I have to reinstall, I think I'll try to keep my Downloads folder under control and not add so much stuff, but it never works. I have more stuff in that folder than ever before!

Quite a few kitty people on this site --- with apologies to Reesi!
Our orange kitty, Mr. Morris, has been getting up with the sun and at 0440 this AM was already pestering me for food I fear that, if he were to compare the time I spent sleeping and the time involved in some way with the sims, he just might get more food by changing his focus.
It seems a bit strange to "welcome" you, since you joined a few years before I did, nevertheless...
Hope to see you hanging out on this site more often. Actually, one of the many reasons I opted for the PC route rather than the Mac route was the availability of computer games!

How adorable you are, all of you ! Your sweet messages impress me a lot lot lot and make me really happy since you're all so engaging, friendly and attentive ! (I'm pretty shy and not really accustomed to communicate on forums ...)
I wanted to tell you how warm I felt when I read all your messages, but I am missing time now and will come back as soon as possible to answer you better.
Thank you Ilikefishfood (how funny nickname!), Cher, Sugah and Mac !
With all my friendship, H

There are a lot of forums that are nasty and flaming This one is not one of them!
Look around, I think you'll find you've discovered a site with a lot of warm, supporting people and, just incidentally, a great go to place for expertise , clothing and houses , and DDG (=Drop Dead Gorgeous) simmies
Again, and enjoy!

Sometimes we have to work up our courage to post in forums. I am delighted that you feel completely safe here and have introduced yourself.

I'm usually a lurker, but Sugah's is a such warm and friendly place I took a chance and joined in. I'm so glad I did. I'm glad you did, as well.

Awww... Thank you, Cher.
Hexe, I feel blessed that one of our newest members, Cher, and our own Autumnelle (who is now one of my very best friends on Planet Earth, my right hand gal at SP & a big contributor on our creative staff) decided to come forward and start sharing after lurking at SP for quite awhile. I am always so grateful when folks feel comfortable and safe enough to come out of hiding and become active members. So glad you decided to overcome your shyness & do so, too!

It is a pretty special place! I've been in the community for 10 years, and this is the place that I call home. We really are like a little family around here...and of course, this is where I met my hubby so it's super special to us!
As to my name...it's the first line from a crazy song on an even crazier 1970's children's TV programme called The Electric Company. I was looking for an online name, and everything I usually used was taken, and the song just popped into my head!

You honor me by choosing Sugah's Place as your TS2 home & the place you share your amazing Sims & lots, Toni. I am so grateful to those of you who have made SP your forum family. And I am still blown away that you met your wonderful husband here, Lady T!!! WOW! Thank you for sharing what you have.

Toni, from now on whenever I see your online moniker, I'll start to sing! ... and no Sims game could ever have produced the unlikely but wonderful love affair between you and Jules! Like Sugah, maikkij and I have been blown away!
