HI Folks

Thank you for allowing me to join the group. I have had my Sims 2 game for years, but in all honestly I have not truly explored it for all it has to offer, so I enjoy seeing and hearing how others play and learning new ideas, I enjoy seeing just about all aspects of how others play Sims 2, but although I do have Sims 3 I have almost no knowldege of it other than a few diddle dabble game play sessions. I seem to always have projects going as far as building neighborhoods, but I never seem to finish before I get discouraged and do not have much confidence in sharing my pictures and ideas, because I feel like noone is really that interested, and whatever I am doing has already been done by some one else so it is not that exciting, so I am kind of quiet, but would love to participate more in simming forums. So I look forards to exploring all the great things on this site and hopefully will gain courage to share some of my own pictures and projects.

We are exclusively Sims 2 and there is plenty to do with regard to sharing your game on our site. You can try one of our many challenges or our newest genetics experiment. I also invite you to get to know our forum members better and let us get to know you. We have games, our current get to know you questionnaire, and non-sims related conversation in our Java Hut, the forum lounge. You can also do your own thing by starting your own game antics thread here. You will find the people here friendly and encouraging. I do hope you will make yourself an active member of our little forum family.

Hello and welcome, Lovey! I felt a lot the same when I joined here, but very quickly decided to take the plunge and actually participate. I'm so happy I did, and I'm sure you will be, as well. I've found everyone here to be friendly, encouraging, and helpful.

I've been playing Sims 2 since it came out, and I'm not even close to being tired of it. I enjoy reading about what other people do in their games, and seeing the pictures. It has also given me new ideas for playing my own game, even after all this time. Please feel free to share anything you'd like to share.

In addition to being a superb Sims 2 site, it's also a wonderful social site. Good, really good people here!  

As far as Sims 3 goes, I tried it and found it wanting. Didn't even try Sims 4!
