- Sugah, everyone here is just so lovely and ... SIMpatico! How did you collect such a beautiful bunch of people in one place?!
Thank you, Jayce. I feel truly blessed and very appreciative of the lovely group of devoted team & forum members we have here. I try very hard to maintain a comfortable, safe, pleasant haven for folks who still love the Sims 2 to hang out in. I don't abide rudeness or hatefulness as I'm sure our dedicated bunch will confirm. - Jayce wrote:

I guarantee you a bunch of us can relate to that statement, sir!!!

| That's her, SimEm! Judith. I'll have to check out your story know I know who she is. She looks even more like my friend now I've seen her in a close-up. Maybe I just play my game so much that people begin to resemble sims?! That's funny about your hubby. I've had a sims haircut for years! I start work stupidly early in the morning (busting out coffee for the masses) and can't be bothered dealing with hair at 6am, so it's basic. Like Maxis basic. The twins were the first birth in my first hood. I think I was, I guess like a lot of expectant parents, unprepared. Is there an EP that lets you study parenting that's not in the base game or something? I don't remember having that option or EP at the time so I really didn't know what those poor twins wanted and when! And their parents were so sleep deprived. I didn't play cheats to start with either, I just didn't know enough about gameplay. God, I felt so bad leaving them in the middle of a crisis like that but I did go back to their lot when I got a handle on having babies and the twins grew up gorgeous and well-adjusted. Which is what we all want for our kids, isn't it? | |

| Sugah, that's what makes your site so lovely to visit! Sometimes I feel so despairing when I read the newspaper - I just can't believe what some people do to the innocent and defenseless, like children and animals - that it really is a breath of fresh air to find a little corner of the universe where people express support, gratitude, respect and friendship so easily and naturally You have a truly special place here, Sugah! Thankyou for putting in all your hard work and time into making your place what it is! | |

Ha haaaa! Priceless Jayce! I've begged off social engagements to stay home with my simmies! They're often way more fun! I've been playing my hood for so many years, I'm crazy-attached...which is why I totally worship you for reading my whole tale from the beginning! You rock! I highly recommend Em's Arrendale Heights. Lots of cliffhangers. Really bad for the blood pressure levels! I used to work a 6:00 shift too, and I agree that hair was not a priority. You should join us over at the Jayce Hut HERE though I recommend you jump right to the end and just pick up from there. Of course you simply MUST start sharing the goings on in your hood too. Can't wait to see piccies. Also, as you're now caught up in Christophe Harbour, you can keep on eye on my update thread in Scribes Corner HERE, I post a notice when I've updated on the LJ. There's much more drama to come Okay...I'm at work and totally slacking off. I've got an hour to finish my news, and I've only written two of four stories! Ack! *panic* *panic* Have a fab evening all.......

| ilikefishfood, you make me laugh I'm glad to know others who prefer sometimes (ok, most of the time) to hang with their sims than real people! Maybe I should re-phrase that... I think my simmies would be a tiny bit indignant to know they're not real I know exactly what you mean about being attached I can see how much time you've invested in the Harbour. Even in the background when Marco's driving around, I get a sense of the architecture and the "street map" lay-out, almost as if I'm inside the game. Btw, I loved how you created that little corner of London, very authentic! I can't wait for more of your story. You're so wicked teasing us with that fiendish laugh!! | |

| Hi Adrianna! Thanks your welcome, those wagons are so cheerful on this rainy day here! You're not late at all. In fact, you timed it perfectly. It's my first complete "weekend" (ie two days off in a row) for weeks and it's miserable outside, so... I'm "stoked" (to use an Aussie expression) you checked out my hood, too. | |

| I've checked out Pacific Beach! Awesome! To create a clickabe link...Click on the 'link' button, the 6th from the right in the text box of a new post: In the upper field, enter the actual page address (the URL), and in the field below, what words you want to make clickable. You can also post an IMG link, so that the image itself is clickable and takes the viewer to the link. Tah daaaaaaah! That's it! | |

| ilikefishfood, thanks for the great tip! My bro always says I'm a dinosaur when it comes to figuring out tech stuff on the computer. I had to get him to show me how to send a e-mail last year. Honestly, the look on his face! | |

I had to laugh for I have been there and done that, still do truth be told. I seem to always be getting into a jam with my game.
