| I almost killed my sims me on that bike. Luckily Ulli did go off the bike herself and after that she passed out. I had to send another sim to pour some water over her then she quickly recovered. You have to keep an eye on those bikers. Your girls are very pretty Em. | |

| Thanks for letting me know about that! ones I stumble on a site that just had mid age Sim stuff, and I think it was a clan site, (you had to be invited to register) but I cant find it again, it was a long time ago, and I changed computer to, and have no records left about that, they had some downloads for visitors, but ... yes any way... ones had to have an invitation, so I guess i forgot about it! Good that you have a new computer Em, it makes a lot different, the mother and the daughter that have the same boyfriend and the two sisters that have that also, seams strange, but sometimes things happens in the Sim world, one can have such things happen if ones have "No jealous at all hack" I use that sometimes when I got big neighborhoods, and I play with a lot of Sims in different family, the ones you don't control, always go and flirt with others and it become not fun after a while, well sometimes if you want to have a total war... but often I don't. also in University the Cow always want to hug or flirt with every one, and thats is enough to get lovers angry, and think they are cheating on them... Even if they say no thanks to the cow, their partner are angry and stop love them, and that I cant have in my game... The ascendantly Death sometimes comes in UNI with Sims on game control, they are to lazy to eat and such, so when the values comes to low they die, just like in the reel world, don't remember I ever heard about one you controls that died like that (if ones did not want them to) Oki Nice pictures again Em, and it was nice of you to make an update on your topic | |

| Great update, Em. I am not the type to exit without saving; I almost always let things stand. The twins are very pretty girls; I look forward to seeing where they end up. | |

| LOL! I can't believe the boy biked himself to death. I would let it go, too, but then, I don't care for him, either. If it was a sim that I had taken care to make, though, I would probably intervene. One thing I've noticed about that bike is that sims will push themselves too far, letting their needs drop like crazy. And they're so addicted to it! Pretty girls, Em. Hopefully they won't find multi woohooing, bike addicted, two timing boyfriends! | |

| Thanks for the comments, everyone. I'm glad SimUlli didn't die on the bike. I'll have to keep a closer eye on my sims when they're on it from now on. I don't know if he overheated or starved or what happened exactly. Sometime I'll have to see if I can get my old bookmarks from my old computer. I probably have some links bookmarked with sites that have historical types of downloads. I used the ACR controller to try to increase the girls' jealousy level. The way it was originally set, they'd only get jealous if they were in a committed relationship (engaged or going steady). I changed it so they were supposed to get jealous if they were in love, but it didn't seem to make any difference. I'd like to have a less dramatic reaction for jealousy hack. Like if they are in love or have a crush on someone they might just fall out of love with that sim or lose relation points for them, instead of going around slapping other sims every time. Save that kind of reaction for when they are in committed relationship or married. That cow is a notorious troublemaker when it comes to inappropriate flirting. And the drama professors who are automatically in love with every sim they meet, so they get all bent out of shape if they catch any sim being romantic with anyone else. They are a pain. That university cow made one of my sims gay. He was one of my story character who was not supposed to be gay, but that would have made a really interesting story twist. I don't think I've ever had any NPC students die while I was playing the dorms. I guess I've just been lucky so far. I usually let things stand too, Elle. It's pretty rare for me to exit without saving. If it had been on of the girls that died on the exercise bike, I might have made an exception though. It would have been a tough decision on whether to save or not save. Yeah, I'm hoping the girls will be open to finding better boyfriends too, Ari. They didn't seem to mind the two-timing though. I never did care much for Chase Platz. Most of the sims in this hood were transplanted from another neighborhood and just before this happened, I was wondering if I really wanted him in the new hood after all. His dad is the child townie, Chandler Platz, who was not a favorite of mine either. Chase reminded me too much of his dad, I think. Here's a couple more random, funny pictures to share... I downloaded a school from MTS2, furnished, because I was too lazy to build or even furnish my own. And look what I found in one of the classrooms. I was really tickled by this, because it reminds me of where I work/teach. I decided to try taking a few shots, in case I get a chance to pick up story writing again and I had a scene in a funeral home. My sim-me volunteered to get in the coffin, so the lid could be closed. I thought the though bubble was appropriate in this situation. | |

| About the sisters: Its good somehow to know that not all sims react the same, and if one played a lot, one can be reel tyeing on all the same reactions every one have on every thing, so you got two sisters that want to Cher a boy, so its good, that I have never hear about before, also are they Twins? The cow have broken up a lot of planned relations for me, and I really are sick on him/her... sometimes I just use move_objects on, when he comes and delete him... sometimes he get the Rodney Death creator and he is more pleasant like a ghost The School looks great, nice skeleton and fun with the funeral, well this was fun Em, thanks for telling the story's about your sims | |

| Yeah, I guess it's too late for medical care. That's what I thought anyway, when I saw that thought bubble. Yes, the girls are twins. Felicity, the sister with darker skin, takes after their mother and Joy, with lighter skin, inherited their father's complection. They have two older brothers too that are still in my simbin for this neighborhood. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue to play them or not. It was the ACR that got rid of their jealousy and made it seem like they didn't mind sharing. Kind of weird though. Personally, I think I'd like to have more jealousy in my game than that. But you're right, it does get boring when sims act in the exact same way every time a certain thing happens. | |

| Yes, and I always wonder why they run into a fire, in stead to run out from the house, what ever one do, when one have forgotten to install a fire warner, they don't care, they just have to run into the fire It should be a total surprise if they did something (rationale) logic! also its really tiering that they have to go make the bed when one needs them the most Well I had to say this even if it was of topic | |

- I notice Chase's icon is gone...and see that she does have a memory of Chase's death. Oops.
...Even Joy and Felicity didn't show any signs of mourning. I don't think I'm going to miss him either...I guess this was just meant to be. I've had a couple of Sims that don't know when to get off the exercise bike, too, Em. Like Ari stated, it seems to be an addiction with some very active Sims. I agree, Chase's Death by Exercycle was meant to be. At least he made a buff corpse. The twins are darling. Love the skeleton! Too cool! Thank you for sharing your Sim antics with us. I look forward to learning if the twins' love lives improve.

| Maybe I'll have to avoid the exercycle from now on. Who know it was so dangerous! I've been jumping around again with my sims. I probably should pick one project and stick with it for awhile, so I can actually get something accomplished. Oh well. I decided to do some redecorating in my new Arrendale Heights neighborhood. I moved this family to a new house, since there other one was too small. It was a really cute house I downloaded, but it only had two bedrooms and the second bedroom is tiny. Not big enough for a family of four. So I moved them into this house that I swiped from one of the premade hoods, maybe Pleasantview. Here's the original floorplan. I wanted to make an upstairs for the master bedroom, so I had to make room for the stairs and the kitchen was super small, so I decided to expand it. After I moved some walls around, the floorplan looks like this. I still need to decorate the back bedroom and entryroom. The entry room is actually pretty big, I noticed, so I'm going to have to decide what I'm going to do with that space. I have no idea how to use it yet. I started with the kitchen Then moved to the backroom. At first it was just going to be a living room, but I decided to make it the diningroom as well. Since this room is kind of formal and the family I moved in has two young kids, I decided to make a second family / TV room. This is the daughter's bedroom. I kind of designed it for a teen, even though she's still a child. I think in my story she's going to fall into the preteen age group. I still need to do the son's bedroom, build the master bedroom upstairs (which is going to mess up the roof, so I'll have to play with that.) and decorate/ furnish the entryway. What do you think? I'm not usually much of a decorator, but I've been working on improving that in my game. Suggestions are welcomed. | |

| I really like what you did with the floor plan, Em. The decorating looks terrific, too. I can most definitely see improvement in your ability to pull a room all together. Thank you for using my Moda (striped) wall. I think the only thing I would change is using far more of Sugah's recolors in your Arrendale Heights home. Seriously, I like what you have done so far. | |

| Em, thats very good done, I just hate that house in original , nothing are were it shall be, and ones just get brain damage to try to live there I also always build that house new, but I never given it a second floor, it looks very tasty, and comfortable, love your colors and you way to do things easy to move around in... good work my girl, a very bright gold star is yours for the beautiful home you made, from that crappy house | |

| I love what you did with the kitchen, Em. I never use that floor in my houses, but looking at the way you coordinated it, I may have to give it a try. I love the rug in the living/dining and the young girl's room. they bring the rooms together for me. The bright, vibrant coloring in the second family room definitely make it kid friendly, and I think that was a good idea. I am not good at decorating at all; I love what you did with the place. | |

I guess that would be me then! I've had families living in that house several times, but since I AM brain damaged when it comes to how to decorate or make the best use of my space, I just take it as is. I LOVE what you came up with, Em! The floor plan looks fantastic and easy to use, the colors all look nice together - and it looks like a real home. Heck, I wish I lived there in real life. Great job!

No throwing stones in that glass house you live in, chica. Which house IS that the original of, btw? I guess I haven't perused ALL the houses in Pleasantview yet. Hmmm... I even like most of the original floor plan. It looks rather spacious and has potential. I like taking Maxis homes and giving them makeovers. Fun stuff!

| Thanks for the comments, everyone. I usually just throw down enough furniture to be functional, but lately, especially for storytelling houses, I've been trying to make them look a lot prettier. I've been inspired by screenshots I've seen elsewhere, especially from other members here. - Quote :

Actually Sugah's Place was the first stop on my downloading spree. I didn't happen to use much of yours this time, but maybe next time. I need to look through your downloads again and see if anything calls out to me as suiting a particular family. Custom downloads have made the biggest difference I think. I never bothered to download furniture much, at least not as often as hair. It helps a lot to not be limited to mostly Maxis stuff. - Quote :

I probably would have just played it that way too. But for storytelling, there would be no way I could have filmed in that kitchen, there was no room. That's what got me started. - Quote :

I love using rugs. They really can make a room, I think. - Quote :

I don't remember what house it was originally or exactly where it came from. I hadn't changed the exterior yet, when I took the picture in the first post, so . . . it's that one.

You know, that's not such a bad idea for my real estate section (which I've yet to repair ). Perhaps I will do a Maxis Makeover "homes" section one day soon, Ari! - Em wrote:

AWESOME! Thank you, Em, and I'd love it! If there's anything ... any particular color or room theme/style, I'd be happy to help you locate it in my CC recolors thread IF I have something you might need. I haven't done the indexes yet for that section, which is going to make it so much easier for folks to look through and locate what they want, as you know. I haven't decorated much with rugs, btw, but I DO love how yours have made the rooms all come together. You've done a fine job decorating with them. Don't think I even have many in my downloads folder. Perhaps I'll do a search for some myself! Keep up the fine work, m'lady.

| Thanks, Sugah. If I knew what I needed, I'd ask, but I'm not that inspired to be able to come up with decorating ideas in my mind. I kind of have to look and see what there is and piece together what I can. By the way, I made a thread in your section for sharing pictures of your recolors in our games of another room I've been working on recently. | |
