I have traided in my pc for a newer one so I started from the begging again with the La Femme siblings.



We moved in to Casa Mary Nelly It is a house for two families we are eight so we must be two families.
The house was empty when we moved in. Not even a wallpaper on the walls.



Em moved in with Sugah the first day. She had found a wallpaper shop where they were givin out wallpaper for free ofcourse she took all she could get.





It looks quite alright with those pink flowers.




Sugah is pleased and she hopes that the other sibling will arrive because the funds are down in 100$ and there is more things to buy.





Ulli moves in with little more simoleons now they can buy a TV and a coutch.







Sani and Russ is next to arrive then Ari, she comes alone and Elle and Hunter arrives at last.

I changed her hair to somthing that looks like me theses days and i wear glasses every day now.

Sim Ulli looks fab-u-lous dahling! And you have a Sim Em and Sim Sugah too! I love it! Moar!

Here is some pics from Casa Paola;







This house is inspired from the desert area houses, that´s why it has a flat roof.





It never rains in the northen Chile thats why you can have breakfast out in a pergola.





I´m not sure I´m going to furnish it more than this I would rather se your suggestions for how it could look like.






It has two bedrooms two and a half bathrooms, kitchen and two livingrooms.







I always playtest my lots, two girls have moved in Danielle and Olivia. They are cousins. The first thing I did was to change the wall and floor colors in the room.







Olivia likes to do crosswords puzzles.








Casa Jovanka is soon going to be playtested.





Casa Marian has just got her walls up.

The are all adorable houses you build Ulli, and that girl Olivia has a realy sweet dress! keep up the good work my girl, you are doing great!

I'm not sure which is my favorite, just based on exteriors, but I think I favor Casa Javiera.
I like the shape of it.
Yet, I like the others very much, too.



Is that Russ' very own Olivia I see who is so enamoured with crosswords?
I lost her when I got my new puter, unfortunately.

It´s Russ´s Olivia she is so lovely. She is a masterpiece.

Aren't the colors GORGEOUS?
I didn't know whether you'd like to use that beautiful painting to create art for one of your Chilean style abodes ...
Or if you'd like me to.
I've tried to find more of his art, but I think he does mostly murals.

How are you for stucco/southwestern style walls? Do you have plenty of colors?
And bedding? Perhaps I can find some southwestern/south american style fabric?

Oh my gosh! These two new houses are breathtaking! And the outdoor breakfast area is gorgeous. How did you do that slatted roof? Is that a special mesh? I am so loving it! And I love those picture recolours: they are beautiful~ Wow! Wow! Wow! And I agree with Sugah, the floor plan is so cool...and the palm tree in the middle of the courtyard is a neat idea. Sweeeeeeeet!

I love both of those homes...they are so interesting and spacious...

I love the flow and airy feel of them....

I think I have some hanging flowers, next time I am in game I will check to see where I got them from!
