| Meet Ruby Villarouge. I created her because I fell in love with some of SIMply Ed's red recolors, particularly his PMS's Fresh Bedroom set. Gorgeous, huh? Anyhoo, I decided I should create a special Sim who'd be perfectly happy living in an abode predominantly decorated in shades of red. Ruby's a Fortune Sim and an Aries. Red is Aries lucky color, as Aries is ruled by Mars, the red planet. Thought she'd be perfect for la vie en rouge. So far, I'm not happy with the tiny loft (on a 1x1 lot) I built her. I'd like for her to eventually move into a modern loft that Ed has shared with me. That is, if & when she can afford it, as I'm not using the money cheat. I'll be posting more as things progress for Miss Ruby Villarouge, so stay tuned... Now, what's been happening in YOUR game lately? | |

| The people that know me personally, I have a lot of fun playing with my one couple, TJ and Charles. Since I had to reinstall my game, I'm starting over again. This is before they get "married" I actually took these pictures last night. Get a load of this look. Same look up close. WOW! How I got that expression was, I had just gone in game and hit pause, then Buy Mode. I changed the furniture in his livingroom. After I finished, I couldn't find him, so I clicked on his picture, and I noticed his look. Then, I had the biggest chuckle, Charles turned on the radio and started dancing. And, this just as he was falling down. It was hysterical watching him dance and fall.

| That's a pretty intense look on TJ's face, Ed. He looks like he's playing some serious chess. Love the pic of Charles falling while dancing. TJ seems to be calling an ambulance (re: that siren above his head).
Great captures!
PS I wonder why sometimes your images are showing up and other times there is a big Mediafire server offline image on some of them?

| Thank you, Angel. I rather like the way Ruby turned out myself. Now, if only I could find time to load up my game and actually PLAY again! Sigh.
Ed's red bedroom recolor is one of my faves that he's done. I just love how bold, beautiful and vibrant it is.

Oh, we'd love it if you would, Angel. Just be sure to start your own thread, so you can add to it whenever you'd like to share your Sims adventures. Remember, it doesn't necessarily have to be your Sims antics. It can also be Sim projects you're working on...challenges you're involved in... a Sims tale you're writing...something your creating for Sims 2 or building in game. Anything Sims related you're up to, feel free to share. :><:

| Thank you, Angel! :) I've had a few people tell me he looks real. Anyhoo, I was playing around with the Inosign Bedroom Set from Sims2Play. What I did was, I got rid of the chrome parts. To me, dark brown and chrome don't mix. I recolored everything you see in the picture. I forgot to do a recolor of the diagonal curtain. |

I concur. I wouldn't mind having Michael in my game, myself! I think you might've shared him with me at one time, Ed, but I've since emptied out my downloads unfortunately. Anyhoo... I agree with you. I don't see chrome and brown together. Most browns are warm and chrome is rather cool. Don't you think? You've done a fine job with the Inosign Bedroom. Bravo, my friend.

| Yesterday, I had a bit of time to work on Ruby's modern loft. I ended up moving her out of the tiny one on the 1x1 lot and am building a slightly bigger abode on an ever-so-slightly bigger lot for her. Because of the floor plan, I couldn't get a good pic of her newly decorated bathroom. I wanted to incorporate some goodies Ed recolored for me (a surprise gift he sent recently - 2 towel sets) into her new bathroom. While I was at it, I discovered a sink & mirror of Angel's I liked with it, too! (I can't remember ... is there a coordinating toilet as well, Susan?) Sorry about the dang couch in the way. I couldn't maneuver in well enough! Thanks for the gifts, Ed. I love 'em! | |

| Thank you, Ed. I'm glad you like it. I never know what to do with those floor tiles that go every which way, you know? | |

| I know all too well. I avoid them at all costs.
That's why all my floors are plain and boring. If I find a floor tile to use, I turn it into a faux rug.
Other than that, plain boring floors. |

| I got one right?!!?
YAHOO!!!
I sat here switching patterns out like a mad man. I'd find one, then I'd find a better one-blah blah blah. Took me a good hour to finally settle one those.
Since you like it, I will offer it for download then. |

Normally, I do, too. But I figured since the wall tile was pure white, I'd add a splash of color in with the white floor tile. I don't think it's a bad deal to have plain floors, Ed. Sometimes we have so much color in our Sims' abodes, it might be too busy if we had patterned floors. Don't you think?

Are you kidding? Honey, you nail most ALL of your coordinating sets. I love the way you pull rooms together. You know that. You have a true talent for it, m'dear. You can be sure I'll be visiting SIMply Edward's to pick that set up as soon as you offer it.

| I loathe stuff that's too busy looking. That's why it takes me a long time working with patterns when I recolor something. If it's too busy looking, I start to itch and scratch.
Now, the way you did it, it works out really good.
Great idea! |

| Sometimes I worry about my coordinating sets being too busy. I try real hard to be careful of that, but am concerned I don't always succeed. You do a fine job with it, Ed. It's obvious you take great care in choosing which patterns and colors to put together. :><: | |

| I've been working on redecorating a different loft. My one Sim, Ashton Redfield will be living here when I'm done. This is what I have so far: This is the livingroom. Once again, using Sugah's Mocha Livingroom set. I like how it goes with the wallpaper! :) This is part of the kitchen This might be changing again. And, here's the bedroom. I kept the wall behind the bed and on the sides a different color. I used an orange color that's in the bedding for the walls around the bed. The whole upstairs has a stone floor. That's what I've got so far. Trust me, it'll probably change. |

| Everything looks fabulous, as always, Ed. Thank you for using my Mocha Meringue set. I appreciate your support. And you're right ... it does mesh well with the wall. | |

| To be totally honest, I love that set. The possibilities are endless recoloring it. Thank you for finding it. In my slight burst of creativity, I thought I'd show off what I worked on. And, I recolored it again in a different color to go with TJ's loft. And, I had a bit of fun playing...... The picture is Dywane Johnson/The Rock. The lamp is from one of DOT's set's over at T$R. Oh, I forgot, I recolored the pillows on the couch and the blanket too. |

| Dwayne Johnson has such beautiful bone structure. I like his face. Those chairs turned out beautifully! Whose mesh is that, Ed? Charles is having all together too much fun on that couch! :giggling: Thank you for sharing what's been going on in your game lately with us. | |
