| Hello I am andrewplay599. I am a carpenter and I build houses for the sims. I have built all kinds of houses for my friends who have requested them. So I have houses on several site now. Here are two sample picks of two of my newest projects that I finnished they are both contest prizes that I donated to another site. I hope you like the pictures. Here is a modern house with a modern greenhouse in the back.  Here is a bungalow style house.  | |

| Welcome, Andrew! How wonderful to have you here!  Thank you for joining us. You are a true talent. You can not know how much I wish I could build like you do.  What EPs does the precious cottage require? Must...have...it!!! I'd love it if you'd consider starting own thread here to keep us updated on what you're working on with your building (and other Simming projects). Your homes are simply fabulous. | unfortunatly the bungalow needs all ep's and stuff packs. It was requested by Pierre for a future contest of his. I still have the blue print in my file cabinet. Maybe I could remake it in basegame it just wouldn't have a driveway or garage. If you look at the picture close you can see the garage is in the back of the house and the driveway is at a 90 degree angle. I have tested it and the garege really works. YES, PLEASE! Better yet ... I'm thinking probably everyone who Sims has NL installed, so you could build it again, WITH the garage/driveway. I personally think it's perfect as is.  | |
