I've uploaded a new beach lot at my Tumblr.

It is the house of Kyle Harrelson one of the characters in my sim-tale The Harbour.  

Kyle is an artist who makes a very nice living as a furniture and men’s wear designer.  A divorced father of three teens, he shares custody with his about-to-be-remarried ex-wife (Carolyn)…so the kids have their own rooms at this otherwise ‘party-pad.’

Just re-decorated, as it will be featured in some upcoming chapters, I thought I’d share!  Hope you like it!
