I love the color and the style Sugah! It will go so well in my new Model in Miami (yet unnamed) neighborhood!!
Can we have it?? Can We?? Can We??
Oh, thank you so much, Hunter! You really like it? I have NO IDEA what I'm doing (should probably be consulting Andy, but he's so very busy these days). I'm not sure they'll even WORK as apartments/a duplex ... and I've no idea how I am going to add a community area ... though most duplexes around here do NOT have that. Let me see how far I get with it. If it turns out well enough to offer here, I just may do it! Thank you for the vote of confidence. It's always a nice shot in the arm (and often needed), my friend. Speaking of your yet unnamed Model in Miami hood, I've been thinking of doing something special for you ...

| I don't know that Hunter should ever be replaced, even with exotic, gorgeous Desirae, my friend. To me, Hunter represents Basic. When I think of your top model, I think of Basic...for Sims. And you're right. Hunter can wear anything, have any hairstyle, and pulls it off. She IS a versatile, beautiful Sim. - Quote :
- I toyed with the idea of doing custom content recolors for furnishings ...
It's a LOT of work. I've been wanting to do another little beach bungalow, but just the thought of having to do many new recolors to fill it (and that's the way I'd WANT to do it) ... I just can't take on that kind of workload right now. Thank you for the compliment, btw. I appreciate your support, as always. - Quote :
- I'll focus on fashions, Sims, art and some housing.
You are doing a fine job, dear lady. Keep up the wonderful work.

| Thank you, Mei and Sharon.
Sharon, I'm so glad you popped in to check out my Sims antics. I'm really not a builder...not by any stretch of the imagination.
When I look around at all the talented builders in the Sims community, I'm so envious of their creativity and skills. I can't even look at a floor/house plan and make it happen in the game.
But I DO SO thank you for your kind comments, my dear. :hug4u:

| These are all so freakin' fantastic, Andy! You are a true talent, my friend. If only I had HALF the creative skills that you have for building, I'd be doing okay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful lots with us here and for using so many of my walls in/on them. Your support is much appreciated. Keep up the fabulous work, dahling. | |

| Oh, I'm so glad you like them, Ed! Thank you for posting these screenshots. Like I said, if you need any other walls, please feel free to request 'em. I can always create "Eddie's Loft II". Charles falling on that treadmill is a hoot, btw! What EP did that come with? Or did you download it? And I love his workout shorts, too. | |

| If I'd like more, I know exactly where to go!
The treadmill, I have no idea what EP that came with. I thought it might be the base game. Check under where the easel's are, then the weights.
The workout outfit came from MTS2. It comes in red, black and blue. They're for the BodyBuilder. |

| That would explain why I don't have it, Andy. I was wondering if it wasn't from Uni or OFB. Thanks!
I couldn't tell whether they were slim body builder or just body builder, Ed. Thanks!

I thought so, Andy. Does it have a common area in the back, where the two units share any amenities?

| Now that I look at both of their backs, I can see the difference.
I think my preference is the slim body builder. How about you?

| Earlier, I would've said, Slim BodyBuilder. Because everybody was creating for it. Then, I found the new BodyBuilder V 2.0 meshes. So, now, I'm really undecided.
Charles and Michael both were created as BodyBuilders. I've left them that way. A small part of me wants to change them to Slim BodyBuilders. I'm just not so sure I could get used to seeing them slimmed down.
In the end, I just leave well enough alone. |

| No it has two decks in the back with no steps and completly enclosed. The problem with using foundations in apartment lots is if you put stairs in the back the game reads it as a door but there is enough room to put a common area. The sims just have to walk from front to back. The game only allows one entrance into the apartment. thats why my back porches are enclosed. Now if you make a apartment building as long as the apartments just have one door in say from a laong hallway you can have a back door in the public hallway. In several of my apartment buildings the whole first floor is dedicated to use a public area. | |
