| Thank you, ma'am. Here are some more pics from last night and this morning's game play. High Five! Ginny gets a raise. Our Eastside resident decides to splurge on Sushi and new PJs to celebrate her promotion to Marine Biologist Geoff and Ginny hit it off from the start, regardless of their different backgrounds. In addition to being wealthy, neat, good company and all around yummy, Mr. Rutherford seems rather good at fixing things around the house. That'll definitely come in handy. Woah! So this is how the other half lives?!? Ginny visits Geoff's estate. Things are rolling right along for the two lovebirds They meet after work for a smoochfest. I need to change Geoff's eyes (give him some pretty yummydust contacts) and eyebrows (Maxis brows look like ropes to me, lol). Currently, both have a desire to become engaged. Geoff may have a big house and a lot of money, but he's low man on the totem pole in the Business career. So, I've been playing his lot to move him on up to a more desirable status, so he'll be an even more desirable catch for Miss Ginny. | |

Good going, can't have our Ginny marrying any old schmuck. Let him make something of himself first.

| Those are funny pictures! LOL If you want to change his eyes, go over to MTS2 and get Shady's Intense Eyes. That's what I've been using. Over at my place, Jordan Drake might be a good match for her. Or, Ashton. Jordan does come with a more muscular build than Ashton does. You got lots to choose from! |

| My husband made the house. He loves to build houses. I play waay to much Sims, because I don't have a job. But now I have said to myself I'm not allowed to play until after 6 pm. We'll see how that works... | |

| He's a talented builder, your hubby. I say if you CAN Sim, you SHOULD Sim. However, I know how incredibly addictive this game and everything that has to do with it can be, believe me, Cajsa! Sometimes it steals us away from the real fun things in life (like laundry & cleaning). | |

You've got that right, sista! Ginny's a real hard working mensch ... there'll be no schmuck for her! Geoff has risen to the presidency of a small corporation and is about to ask Ginny to marry him. I'm thinking he's a much better catch at this point (not that his money, estate, and the way they're crazy about one another wasn't impressive enough, mind you). I just can't see my motivated, energetic, heroine schmoozing and schlepping around with a mail room clerk, after how far she's come in her career. You know? Ed, I went over to check out Shady's Intense Eyes. I really like them and will be snatching some up. I'm currently looking for more contacts. Yumedust's are the best in my opinion, but I'm wanting a few others to choose from. You are right. You have a BUNCH of gorgeous guys over at SIMply Edward ... many fabulous Sims to choose from. I've downloaded several. Look to see them in my game soon!

Exactly right, Ms. Sugah. It would look a bit strange in the sim social pages for a motivated, accomplished woman to marry anything less. Good going. ;)

| This is the recolor I did of the dresser for TJ. It's the Modern Line dresser from ATS. I needed one to match the bedroom A bit further away. I even did the stuff inside as you can see. Now, I'm kinda stuck with the livingroom. This is how it looked I've changed a few things around and this is how it looks now. I'm just wondering if the white is a bit too much. I may change it out and go smaller and with a silver color. Then, I noticed these tall CD towers. Sadly they came with the IKEA SP. So, my brain kicked in and thought of a substitute. A place for more clutter!! In the end, I'm trying to model it after this. I still have to change the one wall to a dark grey color. |

| My New 'Hood These pictures just don't do it justice. The little white specks I believe are fish or birds. I did not make it. You'll find it right here. To get it to way it looks in the pictures, you'll have to download close to 60MB of Custom Content. So, I'll be hanging out here playing. And, I can start working on a few stories. It's a huge neighborhood and I'm gonna have fun. |

| Thank you, Andrew.
I took one look at it and thought I'd give it a try.
It loads faster than the Maxis ones which amazed me.
I'll call it my new sandbox. |

| Wow, skip this thread for a day or two and come back to big things going on. The piano is fabulous, and I love the neighborhood. I think I will give it a try once I am finished with my Uber-Mega-Pleasantview Hood. Thanks for sharing. Everything looks great! | |

| That's a great neighborhood, Ed. I found it posted in another forum's "finds" and thought it was spectacular. The hood decor brings it all home and makes it even more desirable. Verrry niiice! I like the redo of TJs red/white/black living room. Everything looks terrific, and the stark white is actually a beautiful compliment to the red and black. You are doing a fabulous job, as always, dahling. | |

| "I'm tired of reality where things are so grey and predictable like to travel through the galaxy to find me a lover from Mars " Lyrics by Louise Hoffsten This is Ullwera´s storyHere comes some neighbours to light up my day, Rita Malloy and Todd sky. Todd is my nearest neighbour he lives on the other side of the street in a fancy house. Rita works with Billy Boy she is a lawyer. We are talking about moving in to this neighborhood and it seems like we like it a lot. Of course they are staying for some lunch. I'm so glad when they say their goodbyes and leave. Then I can go out in my sunroom and start painting. I like this room with the beautiful sea view. I think I need a little rest, I will take me a short nap in the sun. It sounds like a good idea I wake up with a feeling that somebody is watching me. And there he sits on the sand the most green man I have ever seen. His eyes feel like they are piercing through me. My feet start to move towards him and I can't stop them. Suddenly I notice I have my pajamas on, how could this happen? Then all my senses are turned towards the gorgeous green man. Oh boy, he is charming, I can hardly breathe. His eyes are purple and green and they are hypnotizing... Who is this man? Oh my, I'm head over heals totally charmed by this guy. I need a cool shower. While I'm in shower he is petting Hedda. She doesn't like strangers... Very strange she seems to be charmed by him as well. He asks me if he can have this dance. I can't hear any music but he starts to hum a little and we are dancing in my kitchen. It feels like I have done this before. He tells me his name is Joar and he is from the planet Simturnus. That's all he tells me. He takes my hand and walks to the sofa and sits down. I have to sit beside him. He starts to talk with me. I can't recall a word he said. I'm only hypnotized by his eyes. Then I kiss him!! Am I totally nuts? Where have my common senses gone? I feel a cold wind blowing and I wake up in my lounger outside my house. "Joar!" I raise up and run through my house but it's empty. I can't believe this was a dream. I read every book I can find about Simturnus. I try to find pictures and articles on the internet about the planet. Every night I'm searching with my telescope to locate the Simturnus. I'm calling out in the night; " Joar come back to me! Please" "Explain it to my heart, my intuition tells me something fell wide of the mark my common sense tells me nothing's missing I get another message from my heart longing for a UFO to get me a little green man to take me away I think I need a little science fiction to lighten up my day I think I need a little science fiction to lighten up my day" Lyrics by Louise Hoffsten | |

| Oh, I love it! How romantic, Ulli! Joar is one of the handsomest green fellas I've ever seen. Did you create him yourself? I love Ulli's hair and all her pretty green clothing. And you have such a gift for decorating, dear lady. I am always so impressed by your eye for space, color and detail. Wow! (I wish I had a sunroom with a view like your Simself does, btw. Awesome!) Can't wait to find out whether Joar is just a dream ... or if there really is a planet Simturnus where he is from. Don't forget to post your updates here in our Sims Scribes Corner. And thank you MUCHO for posting your story here, at Sugah's. PS Love the lyrics to the song, too. Waaay cool and so appropriate for your Sims tale. | |

| Thank you Lady S!
Joar is one of my Sims I needed to make my selfsim a man that suited her and Green is her favorite color. ops green is my favorite color too. :giggling:
I wish I had a sunroom like that, with that view!
The lyrics gave me the idea of this short story, we have to see if Joar only was a dream......

| I found this photo of Sissan Misse. She is the sim I started with, Bondbrudens mother. She's dead now. Knyttis grew up to an adult. Knyttis married Flimpgrabben. In the background you see (from left to right) his father, her mother, her brother, some relative to him and his mother. They had a baby! My fifth generation | |
