I can't remember where I got the windows from, I do know they are in three pieces and you can mix or match them. I will look the next time I fire my game up

Most of the homes I looked at online were decorated all in the same color, mostly white but I wanted to use browns....

Wow! Wow! Wow! On the modern house! Love it! The living room is gorgeous....and the bathroom breathtaking! Very much liking the fluffy rug in there too. Cosy! if I had a bathroom like that I'd live in it!

I revamped the dining room last night and finished the art studio..

Sweeeet! Love the murals/scenery through the 'window.' Nice idea! Think when my first batch of YAs graduate I've got to move them to shiney, downtown Simmiewood. With lots of modern condos and homes. Oh yes....I'm feelin' inspiration comin' on!!!

I saw an idea kinda like the mural one on another site (I think there window as photoshopped)...it sparked my interest.

I have made myself stop working on the house...I was getting a little obsessed with it..hehehehe.
I am thinking about what I would like to start for my next "home building" project....

I am sad to say that today my game totally went bonkers on me. I could not get my Apartment life disk to work....aaarrgghhh!! So after fooling with it for two hours I finally gave up and uninstalled everything and reinstalled it all.

Needless to say I lost everything I had built and all of my families

I am so aggravated right now and I cannot for the life of me now find or remember where I got all of the lovely wallpapers and stuffies for my modern home. Oh well.....

Awww...Jenn, I am so sorry. I recently went through the same thing so I can definitely empathize. Starting over can really suck sometime, but it can also be a new beginning. I hope your recall comes back and you remember where you got all the lovelies and you rebuild bigger and better. I am truly sorry about your game.

Well I have started downloading somethings for my game again.

This time I am making sub folders of everything and burning a back up disk...lol.

I have also started a separate folder on my desktop for stuff I still want just things that I don't want
in my game right now....

Sorry to read that you had problems with your game, Jen.

For future problems, can anyone who has one post it up and see if there is a work around.

I have had problems over the years and am yet to do a reinstall of Sims 2 on any of my computers. I run with over 300 hacks, 16,000 package files, all EPs and SPs and extra mods such as Hospitals and Religion.

This X-mas Marked I build for a contest on Paegin Sim, So far I'm the only contester, but realy hope others will come with nice x-mas things so there can be a nice contest... o all friends here how about it?






Evry stall, have it's own color and theme... its actuality a nice place to go to, with your sims!

This I build to Hunters Anniversary and its posted on Hunters Basic for Sims...



Main street over wive...


This place got a lot of things to do and to look on for our Sims...


They can talk to friends...


Visit one of the small Houses...


... or why not visit them all...


They can go shopping...


Why don't you kiss your sweetheart by the Christmas three!




The place have possibility to be a good spot for your Sims... it is for mine!

A big thank to Sugah, River willows, Spigelsplitter and all the other creators that have done all
the colors and the Shiny Objects so this "Christmas Main street and X-as Marked!" could be build...

With ingame creatures like plant sims and vampires, they can only be turned into creatures during play, you can make look a likes by using skins and accessories or turn them into what you want and then extract them with SimPE, run them through Bodyshop and replace them.

Don't worry worry about double posting in your own thread if no one posts a reply, it is yours to tell a story. A lot of people look but very few reply.

Do you mean to actually create a real Plant Sim or Vampire in Body Shop then move them to the hood?
I don't think that's possible in Body Shop.
I think you can extract them using SimPE, then install them in your game.
Perhaps someone more experienced in this, might be able to help more.

Lastly, I LOVE your Christmas Market & Christmas Main Street!
How festive and fun!
Are a lot of those fabulous decorations from the Happy Holidays SP?
If so, I want to purchase that Stuff Pack more than ever.
