| Sugah; Yes I been busy! Thanks for liking my Lot's; Lunden (witch means bunch of trees in Swedish), The Greenhouse for Plant Sims (Yes they like to be near the nature) , Christmas Market and Christmas Main street, I try for the most to make the lots cosy and funny to be on, but this ones are real good, not for bragging, for the season, its Christmas soon and its so fun to be in a withe winter land now... - Quote :
- Are a lot of those fabulous decorations from the Happy Holidays SP?
If so, I want to purchase that Stuff Pack more than ever. Yes Sugah, they are, and that pack is so very much fun to our game, like cookie baking and x-mas tree and actuality a Changes to meet fader Christ mas, Santa Claus is coming to town! - Quote :
- Congrats to Cloe (I've always liked that name).
Does "Putte" translate to anything? Have a special meaning? Putte Is an Swedish name, usually a nick name for Patrik (Patric) but also a stand alone name, we don't use that so much now, because it have been a way to tell someone he is little for a while now, Putte, plutten and so on... but ones when guys should enlist in the swedish army (In the 1700- 1900) , they was given new "Short" names like that, they also gave them short family name, thats why many Swedish have short names and family names... well long about short... so Putte means Little... I shall be bettre on the double posts, It's just I been on sites where they Ban people just for doing one, I know this is the friendlies place in the world, but it sits deep... Here is a link for stars at Night Sugah! Well we was talking about amazing night sky's, maybe this can help you! Any way Thanks for all the positive feedback Caleb; Thanks for the Hack its amazing, and very useful

| Jen - you are so hugely talented! Every room of yours I see just takes my breath away. Such eye for detail! I've envied those who can do a room up so pretty - as I am always at a loss on how to do it myself. Whether it's shabby/chic, modern, or Christmas cozy - you rock, girl!
Also, I wanted to mention something about Bon Voyage. Awhile after I got it, my game just wouldn't work. I was in a panic and just happened to mention it over at Insim where I was telling a story. One of my friends told me that periodically the cache files fill up and it will stop the game from running. The fix to that is to simply delete the accessory.cache files and groups.cache files from your sims folders. This keeps the game more streamlined and fresh. It doesn't hurt your game to delete them. They are basically junk folders and your game spawns new ones everytime you start it up. If it makes you nervous to try, you can always make a backup first. But I've been deleting my cache and thumbnail files for years and have never had a problem with it. Here's a link that will tell you more: http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Delete_Cache_Files.
Hey Russ - Do you have more info on those mods you mentioned - the Religion and Hospitals? I'd be interested in checking those out.

| Awww thank you so much Ari. You are so sweet and I appreciate your lovely feedback and support my dear. PS You are very, very talented too :) Oh thank you so much for that wonderful tip. I will do that from now on. I hadn't ever thought about that..doh!! :backatchababy: I third the notion about those mods too... I haven't ever put any in my game but I want to do something new :) | |

| Oh hon, I'm just catching up on all the goings ons. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I've had to reinstall a few times. But I'm a backer-upper, so it was more of an inconvenience than the real loss that you've experienced. But it is a wonderful opportunity to start again....and I swear the quality of the CC out there gets better from week to week! So...what was the first thing you had to had to had to have? I think I'd start with default skins and eyes if nothing else. The Maxis defaults are jarring to my senses. lol! And that cache delete thing is a must do. I actually delete them pretty much every time I run the game. I found out about it when I just couldn't get my game to run. I only had 2 or 3 EPs at the time, and was reinstalling whenever the problem would crop up, and then I started combing the community for answers and learned about it. That's some great advice Ari! Jen, you seem to be taking the catastrophe in stride. What a great spirit you have! I love your work and I'm sooooo looking forward to seeing all your new work, in your new game, in your new hood, with your new CC | |

| Thank you sweetie!! Yes the first thing I had to re-download was skin, eyes and hair...that Maxis stuff is crap..hahahaha!!! I did have some of my downloads still in my idm (internet download manager) so those were just a matter of unzipping them and putting them back into my game. Luckily I was able to grab a lot of my goodies here and at BPS again whoo hoo!!! I have now backed every one of my downloads onto a back up cd.... I bet if I had researched this issue with deleting stuff sooner it would have saved me the headache about my game. I am very thankful to Ari for letting me know about it.. I agree, there are so many new and lovely things being created everyday that somethings I have lost can now be replaced by them :) Thank you, I am working on a new neighborhood right now and trying to finish a new lot. I take way too much time decorating my houses but love to do it. It is the perfect stress reliever for me :) | |

| I'm with you on the decorating thing! Pretty much every time I play a lot, I add a little something, or change a little something else. I'm always tweaking. I also have a no custom content version of the game that I use to test mods or new defaults or something before I put them in my real hood, and even though I make throw away test simmies I have to decorate the homes just a little bit before I can play them. lol! | |

The major thing with this add on, is Mansion and Garden must be installed for it to work. http://www.simsvalley3.com/ with the g rated versions is down at the moment. I run the AO versions but a PM will be needed for the link. I think I saw the g rated versions on the Adult site, so again a PM will be needed. I was away this week and the WiFi was terrible, even Dial up was faster, lf you could stay connnected.

| You are very welcome. If you're anything like me, if your game doesn't run you go into panic mode. I still hold my breath while waiting for it to start up and I've been playing for years!
Thanks for the link, Russ. I don't have M&G, though, so I'll have to sit that one out, unfortunately. I don't know what it does, but it sounded neat. I'm always looking for ways to change the game up a little bit.

| Please forgive me for being so behind in this thread. I love the little Christmas Cottage, Jackie. And it's so cool seeing SimEm and Sugah Sim in your game! I think it is so terrific that you are branching out and recoloring clothing for our Sims! WAY TO GO!!! You've done a fine job with the medieval dress & intimate wear. Thank you for sharing what's going on in your game, as always, my friend. | |
