I have been through a lot this past year and half with Ted getting sick, going through chemo and then losing him in September to that awful six letter word cancer. I also know that I am not the only one who has had a really tough time and some of you lovely ladies have had ups and downs too. I love this song as it was our favorite one and every time I feel down, I pop it in and it lifts my spirits. I hope it does the same for you. Big Hugs

I used to sing that song to my youngest when she was smaller, only I'd take out "darlin'" and slip in her name.

I know you have been through much and have had a rough, challenging time of it this past year.

I know what you mean about Jackie Sugah.......but it cracks me up because I said "Thanks Ladies" once and he was included in the bunch my message was meant for.

Thank you m'lady. I truly love being a part of here. Yes it has been a really tough year but I also know that some people have had it worse than me and I wish nothing but happy days for everyone.

I just really, really like this song and always have. I do just love her voice and I have been listening to her CD a lot here lately.It has a different meaning to me now but I wanted to share it with everyone...
