| Beautiful, Andrew! I love the way the garage looks around the back of the house. That's a neat idea. And Edward 2 (named after anyone I know? :giggling:) is lovely...so inviting. Those walls look vaguely familiar... ;) | |

| Yes there both yours I really like your clap board set and your brick set. All you need now is some stucco walls in an earth tone. Then I would be in heaven. on both those lots the garage on the side works there not just decoration. I learned how to do it from a tutorial on MTS. | |

| Oh, I am SO HAPPY to know you like my walls, Andrew. I imagine you've seen many as a builder, so I am especially honored that you have chosen some of mine to adorn your beautiful homes' exteriors. Thank you so much. Will you be offering these lovely abodes anywhere? I haven't attempted stucco walls, but will see what I can do. I love requests!!! | |

| Sharon (tinhouse) Had recolored two different sets from Sims In Paris, I was thinking about redecorating a house around the livingroom. This is what I have so far. Oh, this is only a small part of the set. I'm wondering if the floor is a bit much? |

| I like the warm, rust colored carpet with Sharon's beautiful recolor (SiP does such nice work. I wish she allowed her meshes to be included. Sigh.). The area rug might be a bit much for MY eyes, but remember, I don't use them much. | |

| I've already downloaded Edward 2. The pond with waterfalls is going to be a nice bonus. Can't wait to start decorating it. If you ever feel like whipping up a base game/NL beach bungalow (or 2), I accept as you know (hint, hint ). I would be most honored and happy to offer any of your beautiful abodes to my visitors here, Andrew. | |

| YESSS! I'm so excited! I can not wait, Andrew. Do you need any special walls for the houses you plan on building for Sugah's Place? Either exterior OR interior? If given enough time, I am sure I could whip up what you're needing, if anything. Funny, I don't know how I overlooked 150+ members! Thank you for the congrats! I didn't know Inspiring Sims is moving. It's a pain to move. I most certainly empathyze, being I've just recently had to do so myself (and still am, actually...sigh) I will go ahead and join Inspiring Sims, since you're so active there. I'm imagining that's where I'll find most of your homes, correct? Do you build many for base game/NL ONLY? (Forgive me, if I've asked already. My memory is like a sieve. ) You have a great day, too, Andrew. Thank you, in advance, for the gifts you are planning to bestow upon Sugah's. | |

| Architecture is definitely not my strong point so I can appreciate a good builder. Your houses and buildings are absolutely amazing, some of the best work I have seen on the web. | |

| Well, nothing in game as of yet. Over the past few weeks I have been cleaning up my downloads folder mostly. I have went around the web collecting Sims 2 downloads from sites I had a feeling were going to close down (just caught Wicked Nouk sites before it happened, score one for Elle ). I also downloaded HystericalParoxysm's Uberhood (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=301194) and I wanted that hood to start out clean and fresh. This download is great for me who always wanted all my people and expansion hoods all in in one place. If only I had discovered it sooner. I added a mod that will make the townies, let me see, how shall I put this delicately, a lot less aesthetically challenged (fugly). I just could not take it anymore. I got tired of having to create every mate for my CAS and crossing my fingers if a townie/CAS union resulted in a pregnancy. Anywho, I just finished all this, so I am going to start on my first family next. Oh, yes, a friend and I have been working on some OFB projects, and the first one, a fish market, is ready for play. I just finished training the sims I need to run it. I think that's it, :lol!:. | |

| I did some major spring cleaning awhile back when I realized I had over 14,000 freakin' downloads in my folder ... many of which I never used, Elle. I think I managed to get it down to around 8,500 or so, which I thought was a major feat on my part. Then, my puter got sick and I had to do a restore. Lost all my data. Yes, it sucked. Anyhoo, Congrats on catching the Wicked Nouk sites in time. Did ALL Wicked Nouk family sites close down or just Nouk's? HP's Uberhood DOES sound perfect for those who'd like all their Sims in all their hoods to be able to chill and schmooze in one hood together. What a great concept!!! - Quote :

:laughinclappin I love it!!! What mod is it, btw? Whatever projects you're working on ... no matter what is going on in your game ... if you'd like to share it here, we'd love to see what you're up to. Just start your own thread and add to it whenever you'd like or have time!

| Creators like yourself make it difficult for simmers, Sugah, by putting out all this fabulous stuff . One hates to get rid of anything and before you know it, you have come up with something else we just have to have, lol. My downloads folder is always overflowing. I am sorry about your computer, that always sucks. Initially Nouk's site was the only one that closed, but the family of sites that was sharing hosting with her were still open. They moved her stuff to the graveyard and sims cave. Then you started seeing notices about how they were having trouble with the company that hosted them, I started to think it was a matter of time. Now they are all shut down, but I am not sure if it will be staying that way. Some of them may reopen on their own. To change the way townies look in your game you can change the base facial templates to some faces with features that appeal more to your creation style. Here is a link: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=250376 This is not the one you have to use, but Selzi gives you a good overview of how it works, what you can do with it, etc. Whether you use someone else's or create your own templates, this is well worth it. It makes the creation process so much easier. She also links you to different people on MtS who have templates. Insimenator also has a good selection. Also, here is a MATY link to a tutorial on how to make your own. http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php?topic=1280.0 I am at a loss on where to go with my first family. Uni or regular hood? Family or single person? Pets? Aaaahhhh! So many decisions, . Hopefully soon I will stop pulling out my hair and starting over and actually have a family to post. | |

| Yes, I do have to agree that some of the creators and recolorists out there of TS2 downloads are definitely to blame for causing so many of us to become downloading addicts. I'll give you that one, Elle! (Though I supposed we addicts should take SOME responsibility ... NAAAHHH! ) - Quote :

That is interesting news. I don't know which sites were hosted by Wicked Nouks, but I'm imagining that just like Nouk's site, we should eventually be able to locate their downloads at Sims Cave or The Sims Graveyard, as you have said. Unless...of course...they are going to be resurrected again soon with new hosts. Thank you for the MTS2 and MATY links. I really appreciate them and will look into them soon. Thank you, also, for the info. Good to know, m'dear!!! - Quote :

I look forward to it! Good luck deciding where you will begin and happy Simming, Elle!
