| HOORAY!!! I'm so excited about your new fashion section. The models all look lovely. You certainly know what you're doing when it comes to matching a sim with a palette - all the girls hold the colors they are wearing beautifully. | |

I know some folks think it doesn't matter or do not care about color charts/palettes, Ari. But ever since I learned about it many moons ago, I truly believe it makes all the difference. I used to wear lavenders/wines/plums (both makeup and clothing) until I had my chart done. I was WAY OFF BASE with it. My ex even told me, "I'm so glad you stopped wearing those purples on your eyes. Looks like somebody socked you!" When I focused on makeup and clothing more for a spring/warm palette, as opposed to a winter/cool palette... WOW! Made all the difference in the world! Sooo... Why wouldn't it for Sims as well? Anyhoo, except for one ensemble you see in the above pic, I downloaded all of those. I just had to put them in something to get them on the lot (but I DID try to stick with their palettes). Thank you for that compliment, btw. I truly appreciate it and am so pleased you noticed. - Lady A wrote:

Thank you, m'lady. I truly love them. It was so hard to choose, as I've said, but I am so pleased with the boutique beauties. And again, I can't thank you, Hunter & Ariana enough for coming through with them. The greatest compliment of all? Members are already wondering if and when we'll make them available! That speaks volumes to me. I checked on the stars, ladies. I have located them in my downloads folder: VisibleStarsAtNightjimTNW.package I am thinking I found them at MTS2, but that's all I can recall. If either of you would like the stars for your game, I'd be happy to zip up the package and send it to you both. I intend on playing a bit today. I am going to take Ari's lead and have already created a new sign on name so I can have a totally separate beach themed game, just for kicks and giggles. All hoods will be seaside hoods filled with lots of different style beach homes and beach wear and beach decor! And filled with lotsa beachcombers and sun worshippers and beach bums and sea lovin' retirees and the likes! I'm off to find some appropriate downloads!

| You know it's a funny thing. When I am NOT searching for specific downloads, I seem to run into them everywhere. Yet, when I am purposely wanting to find something special, I don't seem to get as lucky. Anyhoo, I found a few goodies for my beach hood, but my search at MTS2 didn't pull up near what I thought it would. Found some nice stuff at Around the Sims 2 (I've always liked Sandy's work, even since my TS1 days). Elle, I'll package up VisibleStarsAtNightjimTNW.package for you and Jen and send it through email. I discovered it is Jon in Mobile @ MTS2 (otherwise known as The Ninth Wave of Sims Safe 2) who created the lovely stars. Last night, I started my new hood by creating two beach lovin' beauties. I'm in the process of trying to build and decorate a little house for them, but currently, they've run out of money. Sooo... Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to work they go! Will introduce my seaside sweeties later today, hopefully. | |

| Cally, thank you for taking the time to comment on my Sim antics. Please forgive me for not responding sooner. We went on a little mini trip the weekend before last, then I started feeling quite poorly this past Monday evening. I'm just now catching up in the forums, as I feel up to it. I DO hope you are feeling better these days. You are truly missed around here! - Quote :

You know I am SO with you there. Like I was saying ... somewhere ... don't recall where now ... I've created an all new log in & have started an entirely beach themed game, where the downloads are only seashore related! It was Astral Faery's medieval themed game that inspired the idea, so I can't take credit. - Quote :

It is AWESOME! I can't believe I ever lived without it. I've been wanting this for SO LONG in my Sims game. I love love love it that my Sims can have beachfront property & frolic in the sea and sand. WOOHOO!!! - Quote :

Alas! No. The fashion models are exclusive to Sugah's Place and will only be showcasing our La Petite Boutique clothing line. I am most flattered, as I'm sure Jen, Hunter & Ari will be, that you like them so much, however.

| Don't everybody pass out, but I actually got to play for a little while late last week. After I created Clarisse (and her dad), I decided I liked them both so much I would give them a life! As always, I am not using the money cheat. They are slowly but surely getting the basics, decorating & landscaping. Here is the home of Clarisse and Devon Beauchamp @ 9 Seahugger Drive in Star Vally Shores. There is still much more to do. It's quite small and barely furnished or landscaped. They probably only have $137 simoleons in their acct currently. Devon is a single father, who has raised his one and only exclusively since her birth. One day, not long after Clarissa was born, her mother dropped the baby off at Devon's place. She never returned and has not been heard from since. Devon is a Taurus & Family Sim and his pre-destined hobby is Games. He is in Law Enforcement. I can't recall Clarisse's sign and aspiration, but I'm thinking Aquarius and Popularity. Her pre-destined hobby is Cuisine. She is in the Culinary field. Clari is a lovely girl who absolutely adores her dad and visa versa. He has done a beautiful job raising her and they are very close. I did not get many pictures, as I spent most of the evening building their humble abode. I hope to load up my game sometime this week & play some more. Good night, all. | |

Me, too, Hunter! It just came to me when I was in Body Shop and thought... Clarisse should be a daddy's girl. I'll get better screenshots of the two of them, so you can see the similarities. Devon was cloned from his daughter. Thank you for the compliment on their little beach house, Ulli & Ari. There is much more to do, but with only $143 Simoleons left in their bank account... All decorating and landscaping must cease for a time. Ulli, I'm so glad you approve of the side landscaping. I am trying to remember what you taught me and apply it whenever possible. - Lady A wrote:

Yes, I do. But I must confess, it doesn't happen often for me. Does it for you, Ari? Thank you, ladies, for taking the time to comment on my Sim antics. I always appreciate it.

Shall be exiting to see what''s happening with them... now when someone soon will knock on their door Good idea Sugah, and good work on every thing, the sims, the house and the goods (I guess you use your fine quality stuff and colors in their house )

You know this, as well as my hubby does, having both raised daughters on your own. Thank goodness for good fathers who step up to the plate, when the "mother" can not or will not be there for her child/children. Thank you for the compliments, btw. Some of the decor is my own recolors, but not all. IRT- When last I left you, Clarisse and Devon were quite happy with their quiet existance in Star Valley Shores. They never seem to have much money, but are content in the knowledge that they have eachother's love. And that is a great blessing and comfort to both. But what's this? A new neighbor has moved into town and after many, many years of having only Clarisse brighten his world... Something has awoken in Devon's heart ... A stirring that had been sleeping for almost 17 years. Will Devon finally be able to pick up the pieces and find love again? Meanwhile, nearby in the 'hood, another new gal has moved into town. Who is she? And why is she so interested in young Clarisse and her handsome dad? This neighbor will not be nearly as welcome as the other...

| Is there a good girl and a bad in the Neighborhood? Ha, ha... that was fun, that lay ground for some intrigues! Hum... the bad neighbor looks good, where did you find her? is she your's or a local download? Good pictures and I like the story you building in your game | |

| Actually, there are quite a few good girls and one very selfish, mean-spirited, troublesome wench, Jackie! She is a blast from Devon's past, and after many years away (almost 17 to be exact), has returned. - Quote :
- The bad neighbor looks good, where did you find her? is she your's or a local download?
I created her specifically for the role. I can't remember if she was someone else's Sim before I tweaked her quite a bit. I wanted her to be beautiful, but not especially "sweet" looking. I needed her to have a "harder" appeal. Thank you for your comments. It always makes my day when folks take the time to give feedback on our Sim antics!

I needed her to have a "harder" appeal . Well I like that, she is special, because of that, and that makes her sweet! Can it be a download of her? she is hot!
