| I will see if I can extract her from my game, using SimPE, just for you, Jackie. It will have to be sometime next week, as I'll be away from my puter for the next few days. (See our: Come Sit with Me and Share thread in The Java Hut for more details. ) | |

| This is starting to turn into quite a story! Very pretty new sim, by the way. It will be interesting to see what she's up to. And did I mention dad is made of YUM? Maybe you should offer him up for download sometime? | |

| I love the exterior of the house; I hope you will share some shots of the inside soon. Devon and Clarisse are lovely sims, and I love the angle you chose for their story. The two women are a good twist, and you know I love the drama. I can't wait to see what trouble is brewing in Star Valley Shores. | |

| Thank you, Elleluv! Truth be told, it's a small abode with not much to it inside. The Beauchamps have very little money currently. Hopefully, they'll be able to add on and decorate more soon. I truly appreciate your feedback and compliments, as always. Have you been able to play much lately, my friend? | |

| You know, since my PC disaster, I haven't. Since I got out of the hospital, I have been working on truly organizing my downloads so I can have a better playing experience, and so when I create challenges and post things, I will know exactly where it came from. Also, on my challenges and such, I am really trying to do them with no CC or hacks, so I am trying to thoroughly organize them; not sort of like I usually do when I have to start from scratch. Then I plan on picking up with the Sugah Condensed Legacy Challenge (still working on that name, ) and some other things that were in my to do file ( ). | |

| I can totally relate. Since my last puter disaster, I've been diligent about keeping my downloads organized, too. I have them all in folders by creator and/or subject (eg downloads/fashions/LianaSims). Is that how you are organizing yours, too, Elle? - Quote :

Awesome! Can't wait. I could never suffer through all the rules and stipulations of the original Legacy Challenge. Made my freakin' head spin.

Pretty much, mine is by site, creator, item, so for example Sugah's Place/Sugah/Dining Set. My downloads folder is separated by type of download only (clothes, eyes, skins, etc.). I am keeping a copy of my Rar and Zip files on my portable drive this time, also, to save myself the trouble of having to hunt things down if I ever have to start from scratch again. Plus, with so many sites closing, the things may not be there next time, you know? - Quote :

I love the legacy challenge, even with all it's rules and restrictions, but can fully understand someone getting annoyed with it. It can be long and it can get tiresome, but for me it is fun and makes a great family story. I am hoping I can still do the challenge justice, but make it less intimidating, shorter and less restrictive so more people can enjoy it.

Absolutely! I know exactly what you mean. - Quote :

I have no doubt in my mind that you are just the chick for such a task, sweetness. I know many people have enjoyed the original, such as yourself, but this old lady is easily frustrated, discombobulated and doesn't like to think or work that hard, when playing my Sims. PS I am grateful and appreciative to have you on my team, if I haven't told you lately, dear Elle.

| I am in the midsts of Elle's Spouse Swap Challenge, but since it is a brand new hood and the Spouse Swap couples are the ONLY fam in town... I've decided to add another family or two to their Pico Mundo Valley neighborhood. Some of you may recall Emily's Simone, offered here, in our Gifts from Treasured Friends thread. Simone is a triplet, actually. I'd like to meet the Whitneys: Sloan, Sapphira and SimoneThese siblings are as different as night and day. The only thing they have in common is their sign: Capricorn. Sloan is a Pleasure Sim, Sapphira is a Knowledge Sim and Simone is a Fortune Sim. I've just moved them into a tiny log cabin, but do not have time to finish renovating it at this time. It was previously a Maxis Bon Voyage abode, I believe, but it definitely has potential for the three of them. Anyhoo... Just thought Em would get a big kick out of seeing her beauties and their brother in my game. | |

| Sugah, that dress is one of my favorites of yours, and she is working it. They are all attractive sims, but why do they look so upset? Maybe they don't like the log cabin... . I am glad to see you are getting your hood together...thanks for sharing. | |

| I don't think it's my dress, Elle. I can't recall who did that ensemble. I really like it, too. And it's funny you should say you like it, cause I was thinking of working with that mesh next. I've been wanting to do another update for La Petite Boutique. Since Russ has provided two new female Sims to our already lovely mix of fashion models, I've been even more anxious to do some ladies' wear. The heels on that mesh are to die for, aren't they, dahling? As to why they all look so upset, I think they were ticked off that I kept making them "look at player". Since they are Capricorns (with only two active points each), they are prone to slouching more often than not! I finally had to use the models pose box on them AND make them "look at player". But by that time, we were pretty much annoyed with one another, the Whitneys and I! Anyhoo, can you tell Sloan is their brother? Does he look enough like the girls? I cloned him from Sapphira, I believe, but had to change some facial features to make him look more masculine. BTW, there is a possibility, too, they aren't impressed with that little log cabin. Even though it has potential, it's merely a shell of a building right now...NOT what I'd call the Ritz, exactly. Thank you for your comments, my friend. I was hoping to return to my Swap Challenge this evening, but hubby came home hours earlier than I thought he'd return. We've been schmoozing and I'm about to get the last of our supper prepared. Stay tuned... | |

| I think he looks like a brother to the beautiful girls, and not all in the family can look so good like this girls they are great, he is more manly on a woodsman way (with that I mean Manly and have a good look for a guy, they have family similarity too) but he sure looks irritated... Sometimes they get angry our Sims on the most strange ways.. but lucky for us they have memory like canaries, and forget soon, when we tick them off great picture and nice dresses too. hope you will post more on them, and I shall look on your swap pair challenge to when you post! | |

| They look great. I love the outfits you put them in and brother Sloan looks like a great addition to the family. Maybe they aren't happy with their log cabin home. I could be wrong, but they don't really look the the outdoorsy types to me, but if they're frowning, it's probably just their facial structures. I made the girls for a specific character in my Penelope's Journey story. She was meant to be a somewhat villianous character, so I think maybe I turned the mouth corners down so she wouldn't look too happy or smiling. Thanks for sharing the picture so I could see them in your game. I think it's neat that you made them all Capricorns too. I hope they don't slouch too much for you. | |

| They do look good. They truly look unhappy. I think Simone´s dress is one of "All about style" and Sapphira´s too. | |

My sims do "look at player" with an annoyed look when I ask them for one more joke, one more hug, etc. Is there a way specifically to activate the reaction?

You know, now that you mention it, perhaps these three are not suited for log cabin living. - Em wrote:

That was truly my initial thought about Simone & Sapphira. I think they have a very serious, not-so-sweet, appearance about them. I'm imagining that is why they don't look terribly happy. Aside from the fact, that I was making them cooperate with me, when they'd rather be slouching! - Quote :

Since they were your original creations, I thought I'd make them the same sign as you, dear Em. Mac, I use a hack called LookatmeNOW. I think I found it at MTS2, if I am remembering correctly. The hack is especially helpful, when trying to take snapshots of our Sim models. Thank you, all, for your comments and feedback.

Sugah, thanks for the tip The actual hack, if more people are interested is "Fourth-Wall Options" in MTS2. I assume that the "Fourth Wall" is the screen of the monitor, and you are on the other side of the wall. It also includes a global hack to disable the autonomous looks of disdain/disbelief that you sometimes get from your sims.
