Mac's 'Hood

I know it's a double post, but it's been a while - and since Maikki raised the whole issue of "that little hussy" and domestic tranquility, I thought I'd better update!

From an earlier post...

Yes, I made a self-sim of myself - then met a sim in my 'hood and became engaged... Then the RL woman of my life found out! "Who is she?" "Nobody" "Nobody??? Where did she come from???" "I created the sim" "Created her??? Is that your idea of the ideal woman??? Huh??? HUH???"


And now...
Mac gave the bad news to "that little hussy" - aka Lisa - and here he's looking for a new place to live while she's absorbing the news


After a short time, though, she recovered and has met some new friends: Janet Bogart, Beren Erchamion, and Ron Weasley


But Mac and Maikki have met - and it's 3 bolts all the way!


Including sharing breakfast! In RL, Maikki loves waffles and pecans and, for that matter, anything sweet!


The ABT ballerina, Gillian Murphy was one of the visitors to welcome Maikki, and gave her a one on one master class.
Maikki, in her RL career as a ballet teacher was a stickler on form. She doesn't think much of the sims' ballet moves at all When she taught her classes, there was a right way to do tendus and many,many wrong ways! She called them "Tendon'ts"


And then later on... What dancing girls don't like champagne??? (And be sure to note that dancing girls eat their veggies! )


Later on, Serena Astra ( Ari) came home with Maikki and they worked out together. They're both looking forward to welcoming Ari's Zira to the dance community!


And a few laughs over lunch


Meanwhile, Amare Bekele and Grace (nee Thompson) have a little boy: Buck Bekele. I know that Grace is one of BeckyLynn's creations and I think that Amare is one I got from this site. From my usual naming habits, I'd guess that he's one of BeckyLynn's, too. Maybe someone can give me the link.


A note on the double barre: It can be found here. There is a hack which prevents visitors Tom, Dick, and Harriet, from just walking in and using the barre. The latest version is here. I was using an earlier version, which didn't work with the double barre, maybe the new version does...

So you need males?

I appreciate that, but...I didn't create that dress. It was just a cute dress (that also functions as a maternity dress) that I found for my "Baby Butterfly" picture. I don't remember whose it is, originally.


As always, Mac, I do so enjoy seeing my sims in your game. Thank you so much for your support - it really means a lot! I will try to check in more often to see what you're up to.

My simmies make great babies! I think Buck will look just like his daddy! Great facial features! Glad to see Grace happy and Amare can be found over at Basic...For Sims under special occasions. In my game he is married to Hunter's lovely sim Ja'Lia and they have a daughter named Ayanna who can also be downloaded at Basic's on the same page as Amare. She is packaged as an adult.

This doesn't look quite like our Reesi Bear, but is close enough. Our girl is a red-nosed pittie.

It's okay that Honey's allowed on the furniture in Sugah Sim's abode.
Our Reesi is allowed on the bed, couch & love seat here, too.

Thanks Mac! Turns out I had the veggie platter in my game already. I have so many custom foods I lost track!

Now, I'm with Maikki on the Mexican good thing. Bring on the refried beans and warm, freshly baked nachos...with salsa on the side naturally. Particularly delicious when consumed with good company.

Just some various happenings without much of a story line...

Simone Broadswood-Smythe, my favorite in-game created sim ever, is starting her career as a medical specialist. Welcoming her are Jennifer (nee Grey) Gique, Marcello Genni (thank you Jen), and Simon Cowell. She might just have something going with Simon


Rowena, reformed from tempting Sugah's husband, married Caleb's Eamon Beneoit and settled down. They have a daughter Joan (named after the legendary marathoner). They have a house by the seaside and she's taking a few moments from child care to watch the waves - she still looks pretty good in a swimsuit!


George Yehsreh (thanks Mort :) and Jen seem to be hitting it off pretty well - maybe she likes chocolate bars!


Ahnold has landed Hunter's Taylor! She's Popularity/Pisces Nursing/Science. BTW, so far he's eaten 28/200 grilled cheese sandwiches, only 172 to go! (Cheesy is absolutely right!)

I hate when my Sims get grilled cheese aspiration.

Jenn hope she will have better luck than she´s got in my game. Don´t think she likes chocolate bars with that waistline

Why am I not suprised that Reesi sleeps in all the comfy places in Sugah and Snacky's house?!

Toni and Kostas seem to be getting serious there. Love the house! Will we be seeing some little Tonis in the future?! That novel of her's is going to be a best-seller, for sure!

I'm loving the dancers populating your hood, The writers colony looks interesting, too.
Having a beautiful beach setting is sure to fire the inspiration while they toil away. I think I'd spend too much time gazing out the windows. I hope they're more dedicated!

It's lovely to see David and Lenora again. Foxy red-heads abound!

Custom foods, yeah! Love them! You can never have too many choices on a menu, in my opinion!

Unfortunately, I can never look at Arnold without thinking of that picture of Jen shooting him down in flames the moment he opened his mouth!
He really needs to get cracking on those cheese sandwiches...

What happens when a blonde (Ella's Caroline) in a form-fitting knit dress (Sugah's) moves into a neighborhood? Well, Brad Pitt, Beren Erchamion, and Keanu Reeves show up for lunch. Between the three of them, they have five bolts with her! The blonde and the dress are a dangerous combo!


BTW. those open-faced cheese sandwiches aren't grilled cheese!

Caroline tried some yoga, all by herself. This pose looks sufficiently placid that I might even be able to do it, although I'd probably fall over!

A while back I added :two RL ballerinas to my 'hood. Gillian Murphy and Alessandra Ferri. In RL, Gillian is engaged to Ethan Stiefel, and Toni was kind enough to provide a sim of him.

Well, Cupid (me ) had a hand in things. Ethan and Gillian have 2 bolts and are 100/100 in attraction. He proposed, and she accepted.


And they're now living together in his digs.

I certainly do remember a huge level of "Macitement" when these dancers moved in!

Gillian is so elegant! I always like seeing red-heads in the game, they're usually a hardly-represented minority...
