Mac's 'Hood

Awwww! Mac!!!
I love, love, love the update and all of the images of Sugah with her grandgirls, Baylee and Parker!
I'm so tickled that Nana got to teach little Parker how to walk and use the potty.
Baylee is a cutie, and from her profile, Parker looks precious, too!
I also like the pic of Honey hogging Sugah's bed, and the one where she's lovin' on the pooch.

A whole bunch of quick updates. I already had some couples who will qualify for the offspring project. For the moment, I'm posting here and will wait until the offspring are teens or at least children with recognizable features before posting in the offspring thread. Suvi St.Paul and Jacob Febb are engaged. They're both by Sugah. He's Family/Taurus and is a tour guide. She's a Family/Scorpio and is in real estate. They tried three times without success. When they succeed, I'm going to force the offspring to twins. (I have my reasons  )


Jen's Ethan and Ari's Sherilyn have a little boy: Jackie. In the '50s, Jackie Jensen played right field for the Red Sox (and Ted Williams was in left). Once a member of the Red Sox Nation, always a member of the Red Sox Nation! Ethan is Knowledge/Virgo and is in Astronomy while Sherilyn is Knowledge/Aries and is at the top of the business career.


Lucien and Kelsey, both by Toni, have a little one on the way. He's Popularity/Scorpio and is an adventurer while she's Knowledge/Pisces and is a vet. (Personal aside - boy have we met some really wonderful vets in the past 2 weeks. Competent and love animals!)


Jen's Phillip and Em's Raymie are a couple. He's actually Phillip Jenner named not after Caitlyn/Bruce but after Edward Jenner, an 18th century physician who pioneered vaccination (with cowpox) as a prevention of smallpox. He's Knowledge/Pisces and is (doh) in the medical career. Raymie is special. She's the very image of a waitress we knew in the Boston area who's now a certified respiratory therapist. The RL one is even prettier and we miss her! She's Popularity/Scorpio and is in the cuisine career. They have a little one on the way.

I always enjoy wedding crashers. The maid finished cleaning the house and quickly popped into formal gear for the occasion. The skunk came as he/she was.


Toni's Connor is Popularity/Pisces and is at the top of the artist career while Ari's Leanne is Popularity/Aries and is at the top of the model career. She's quit her job and has opened a small shop where she sells her flower arrangements and his paintings. She's earned a silver badge in flower arrangement and a bronze one in cash register. He has a bronze in sales. Their little boy is Conrad.


Ulli's Kaespre is Family/Pisces and a poet and Ulli's Johannes is Knowledge/Pisces and is in intelligence. They have twins on the way. I can't wait to see how they turn out. Blue hair aside, Kaespre is just plain lovely!  


Finally Toni's Lana (Family/Scorpio Natural Science) and Ari's Leaf (Family/Pisces Natural Science) have a little boy John Ericcson, named after the Swedish-American inventor and creator of the Monitor ironclad.

I love wedding crashers too!! Once I had the Butler do that too! His formal wear hair was different from his butler hair and I was like-who is this guy??

You're a ballet dancer and the guy next door is in Technical Theatre - just a stagehand but it looks as if he has promise. And you hit it off with him for three bolts! He makes real nice and invites you to move in. He even puts up a ballet barre and a mirror for you. But then you had no idea he was so in love with his own face.  
The woman in question is Ginny Jenni, who's the daughter of Giada   Jen and Neil   Toni! Chris is the son of Toni's self-sim and Toni's creation Kostos   . Chris had better watch out, though, Ginny's cousins are Vinny and Guido - and they look out for their younger cousin! Still, they'll undoubtedly eventually be contributing an offspring project grandchild! (This pic just happened spontaneously - wasn't planned!)


BTW, I have it on the very best authority that if you're working at the barre, you need a mirror, and your hair had better be up in a bun. This morning Maikki went back to the school in St. Paul where she was learning ballet from the age of 6 on. She took an adult class there. You can't keep a dancing girl down very long!

There are a couple on MTS2, but they aren't very good.

lientebollemeis on MTS2 does careers on request, one just has to send the specs. I might try - I envision levels such as college star, recruit, A, AA, AAA, rookie, starter, all-star, superstar (hey, that's 9! I'm almost there!) I'm going over to MTS2 right now!

I've loving your baby-making hood Mac! It's also sooo cool to see my simmies all happy and having families. I must say Lucien is one of my favourite creations...I really need to get him in my real game to wreak some havoc!

I am always in the minority on this issue, but I rather like playing Uni. The expansion added really cool content, but that aside, I just like the college experience part of it. Since I went to college when I was too young to go away, I missed the whole "college experience". I guess I live it vicariously through my sims.  Like Em, I don't do anything much. I've been known to walk away and get some chores done while they run around the dorm, making friends and enemies. They will automatically go to class and their final, so you really only have to work on their skills. My sims party at Uni before they become adult and get shackled with responsibilities.

Mac, it's so nice to see my Karyn in your game. I'm glad she found love after her big break-up and stalking incident, . Ulli and Delphy look awfully cozy there; I'm sure HP would have something to say about that.

Sharron is exceptionally beautiful; very exotic looking.

Mac, it is always such a pleasure to explore your 'hood and visit with the sims who reside there. Seeing so many of our creations in on place definitely inspires and encourages the creator in me. Thank you so much for sharing your game with us.

Self-simmie Cher (who's in the fast food business) came home with Germain Depardieu, who's just opened his own restaurant. Here she's having lunch with Gerard, Agatha, and their daughter, Dorothea.


Dorothea has turned into a teen (you can see her as a child here) Not too bad. She has her mommy's cheekbones and her daddy's chin. Awwww....   Maybe when she's an adult she'll consult a plastic surgeon.

Dorothea is Knowledge/Virgo and is painfully shy. She's interested in a career in Oceanography and has a Tinkering hobby.

Dorothea's cheeks and chin are unfortunate, but the rest of her is pretty good. I think her nose turned out to be a good balance of her parents'.

Maybe she's self-conscious about the chin. Actually, other than the chin, she's pretty. I don't think the cheeks would be bad if they weren't paired with that chin.

As you may recall, Mac, they live in my Tres Lagos 'Hood and have a new daughter named Sabrina.
I shared a pic of her as a toddler here, June 3 in the arms of Wonder Nanny Calista.

Toni's Leo: Popularity/Leo Architecture(9)/Arts    and Sugah's Flora: Popularity/Capricorn Florist(4)/Arts.    Now Leo and Capricorn aren't supposed to get along, but Leo and Flora got to 2 bolts anyway.

You meet a girl. You thought you liked blondes, but then you changed your mind and decided that you really liked black hair. She liked her men fit, so you jogged and jogged and jogged until you were really buff. Then you asked her to stay the night, fixed her dinner, did a lot of kissing and make outs. Got her to stay the night, but still had to woo her with kisses and making out. Finally   got to woohoo. The following morning you fixed her a very romantic breakfast and were just about to "pop the question" when...


Fortunately, a few minutes later she woke up, you proposed, and she said "yes"  

Leo and Flora will (eventually) be contributing to the offspring project. But they just got engaged! Be patient!

Although Tim expressed a preference for redheads and raven-haired damsels, so far he's really hit it off with brunettes like Darcy (shown toasting him in the pic) and Laura, a blonde. They're both by Elle  . Tim is Fortune/Sagittarius I.T.(4)/Arts, Darcy Fortune/Pisces is just about to start in the Business career and has a hobby of Science. Laura Austen is Knowledge/Virgo CreativeWriting(3)/Literature. She's had several book discussions with Tim already and is working on her first novel: Prideful Prejudice.

You have a choice between Tim with brown hair and beard and with grey hair and beard. No choice at all as far as I am concerned. I can't remember when Sugah's has had such a distinguished-looking simmie! The page following the self-sims lists his preferred sim-in-game choices, but the sim in my game obviously has different preferences The sim-in-game is very shy, but the sim in the pic with Darcy doesn't look shy at all, rather - calculating!

Tim had better keep an eye on her, though. Does no hair and beard beat grey hair and beard??? John Malkovich came by and she invited him for dinner    - quickly went on-line to order a slinky formal number (it appeared in her clothing immediately - beat that, Amazon!) Has she added yet another conquest?
