| For those of you who'd like to see the finished product and some in game screenshots of the walls Pierre requested ... They are available exclusively at Inspiring Sims here. Since Pierre's request has been filled, I shall now close this thread. | |

| Rayanne/Raven (which do you prefer, hon?), could you point me to the site where you found the wallpaper you posted here? If you can not remember, do you have the NAMES of the wallpaper? I can normally find the site they are featured on, if I know what they're called. The samples you provided are a bit too small for me to work with.
I should be able to get to these sometime early next week!

| Oh, so there is a Raven AND a Rayanne at IS! Duh! So sorry about that. I think I've got it now. I went over to IS to double check ... Travellerp=Raven and defenderp123=Rayanne Okay, thank you for the link. As long as the sample wallpaper looks like this (and is a nice size): And not this (with something obstructing the paper, like the lamp here): I should have no problem whipping these up for you. Do you prefer full wallpaper, partial wallpaper w/ paint or a mix? Do you prefer white crown molding or light wood? | |

Thank you for your request and your confidence in me. Okay, terrific! If I can do them in time, I might offer them up at this weekend's update, Raven. And if any of the patterns you've requested do NOT work (for whatever reason), I will try to replace it/them with something comparable, k?

| Raven, I see a bit of a problem here with most of the patterns you've chosen. Because the site images of them are smaller than some I deal with and there are intricate patterns that must be connected properly or they won't work... I don't think I'm going to be able to use several of them and have them be a nice, smooth, seamless wall. Do you know what I mean when I say this? In other words, a pattern with a lot of details on it might not blend well from panel to panel. (eg A bird might intersect with a vine ... or several vines don't jive and they are all out of sync when viewed as a whole wall.) These are the only two that have worked for me so far (and this took a bit of doing to make the stripes fall just right and the leaves/vines to transition smoothly): Metallic Bands PurpleChocolate & Lime Leaves What I could do is ... try to find something quasi-similar to the styles you have chosen (from the same website) that might work a little more easily for me. [Added later @ 9:55pm cst] Here's another from the same website, Raven, but I'm simply not sure about any of these to be honest. Sparrow on Black Gonna go get some screenshots of how they look in the game and will post them in a bit. | |

| Excellent! I bet he just ran the Sims2Pk Clean Installer and found the hack (which would've showed up in red), then deleted it! So glad we could help, Cajsa. Good deal! [cased closed - thread retired] | |

| Uh oh! Sims clothing is definitely not my strength, Ed. I'm not even sure I'm going to revive my fashion department yet, for just that reason.
I'm wondering if we shouldn't point this request out to Hunter, though she's awfully busy preparing for her forum's 1 year anniversary celebration...
Anyone out there up for this???
[added later 1 cst]
Okay, Ed. I PMed Hunter about your request. She said she feels she's up for it and would like to give it a try, perhaps tonight, after work! :dancinkitty2:

| Sorry for taking so long to reply But these are perfect, i understand about the wall paper trust me to pick bad desgins, but the purple one is perfect as is Chocolate & Lime Leaves!!! Little dubious about the last one but it would look great as a feature wall for my sims maybe a bit to much all the way around a room though. For the wallpaper with the lamp infront maybe you could do this instead?: http://www.bubblyfunk.co.uk/images/12x12%20Mulberry%20Paper%20-%20Rubber%20Leaves.JPG Hopefully its the right size this time though it may need to be made a bit smaller. for this sugah | |

| You didn't pick bad designs, hon. Unless you spend a lot of time in Home Crafter, it's hard to know what works and what doesn't. And sometimes, I STILL don't know until I try it out and mess with a certain pattern a bit.
I am glad you like the first two. What I could do regarding the last one is, supply a solid painted wall in that soft taupe color AND a half wall of the print (IF it works, that is) in the same style as Chocolate & Lime Leaves. Then you could do the feature wall in Sparrows on Black and have 2 complimentary, coordinating walls to go with. Just a thought, of course!
The image you supplied is totally cool but would take some doing to match up the leaves on each side so it merges smoothly with other panels. I will see what I can do, but we may be up against the same problem as with the others.
This might have to wait until early next week, as my grandbaby will be here starting tomorrow a.m., so I won't have time to work on anything. K?

To be specific - I actually said early this morning - sometime after midnight as I had updating to do at Basic.
