I stumbled upon this site today and went on a downloading binge. It has a default replacements for a bunch of outfits as well as hairstyles. There was only one option for the Frumpy Blue Business Suit, but it reminded me of this conversation.

Thanks for the credit, but I deserve none of it! See SimEm's post 11/21/2012 in this thread . She provides a link to a whole bunch of default replacement outfits. It was that dowdy powder-blue fem business suit that needed replacement most. Em calls it "Frumpy", and I call it both "Dumpy" and "Dowdy". Really, Maxis, is this the best you could have done???

Has anyone had issues playing sims 2 on HP laptop's? I had a HP when I first started and it knocked my drivers out and now Lucia has to wipe her computer and she just stared playing sims 2. Anyone have any issues with HP and sims 2 besides us?? I have a brand new Acer and have had no issues at all since.

Wow...that is really bizarre...We played it on our HP's for years with no problems. Well until the computers themselves died. Are they running a different OS then the Acer? Anti-virus up to date? *hugs* Sorry for your troubles.

Hey guys. As some of you know, I'm having a lot of fun playing a fallout/post acpocalyptic neighborhood. There are lots of great finds out there, but what I seem to have a lack of is bedding. I need ugly, trashed, ripped, stained, and discolored bedding for large and small beds. I don't care what patterns they have, just as long as they look like they've been through a war, basically. Everything I have looks too nice to fit into my depressing theme. I need other stuff, too, but we're only allowed one request at a time, right? Bedding is the most important at this point. Thank you to anyone willing!

I could try I have done not too good but nearly good.

I can use this opportunity to learn how to them right.

I can try doubles and single beds. I don´t know where to find cribs or how to recolour those.

I never had any issues with HP laptops. I played sims 2 with no problems for months. I'm sorry for your troubles, I can't help you. Maybe Grykon is right - different OS or anti-virus up to date can be problematic.

I already have some cribs, so I'm good there.

Ari, while creating some requested bedding for Ulli, I thought I'd try my hand at a grungy, fallout one for you.
I don't have an in game pic of it (no fallout/apocalyptic beds to help showcase the bedding ).
