Me, too, Nonni & Cher. It's the first thing I thought of when I saw Depardieu & Agatha together... What will their offspring look like? - Mac wrote:

I think that's true. When masks and all kinds of CC & extreme changes are made, etc., etc., it often leads to scary offspring. - Mac wrote:

We truly are blessed to have some very talented Sim creators here, Mac. I don't know what I'd do without the Ladies of Sugah's Place! Thank you for your ongoing support, Captain. It means so much.

Me too! That's one of my favorite parts of playing! - Mac wrote:

I agree. I've seen that too. Sometimes it takes a lot of adjustments in bodyshop to make a sim look a certain way and unfortunately adjustments made to adult sims don't translate well when you age them down. - Mac wrote:

Poor Sabien! - Sugah wrote:

They both are unique looking, but in such different ways. I kind of wonder if their genetics might cancel out. Like he had a very prominent, but hers is more flat, maybe their offspring might end up with something in the middle.

Woooo...they are adorable of course Your picture reminds me that I still haven't had anyone in the natural Science career!! lol Can't wait to see the next steps of Fred and Toni, they are so cute together! Germaine and Agatha are adorable in their own Sim way too!! Thanks for sharing the update!

| Hermione Granger and Ari's ( ) Zephyr are engaged. Meanwhile, Ethan Stiefel ( Toni) and Gillian Murphy are headed off for work. You would think that a classy outfit like ABT could afford dressing rooms for their stars, but Gillian and Ethan had to change at home. BTW, Gillian is off to her final day of work for a while - she has a bun(head) in the oven! Ethan is talking to the next generation of dancers... "Stop it, you have the baby doing pas de chats and it hurts!" When a dancer is pregnant, she doesn't change into a leotard to practice (probably just as well). Gillian's now in the music/dance zone and is as lovely as ever - even pointing her toe in a sneaker! Take it from me - a dancing girl is a dancing girl is a dancing girl! Gillian and Ethan now have a baby girl, Natalia. No picture, since all babies (especially sim babies) look alike. | |

| Mainly, the thing is to have fun! And I do tend to treat my sims very nicely. Keep 'em alive forever with green stuff, etc. Look for good pairings then let nature take its course. Many of the stories just emerge from my head, although occasionally I'll have an idea and nudge my simmies more than a bit. Many thanks for George Yehsreh! I'm always having difficulty coming up with surnames for my sims - I do try to make them have some relationship to the name of their creator, thus all the Drianns, the Asters, the Fishes, even Zucchero (Italian for sugar, for Sofia, Sugah's Miss Italy) etc. "Yehsreh" is inspired! And I bet he has sweet kisses! | |

Which should mean to relax! lol Glad you liked the name...Good surnames can be such a challenge as you said...one of the worst things I hated the most when I use to DM AD&D was coming up with names for NPCs...man it was always a nightmare. Sims is probably worst though...cause there are so many of them! lol

It's one of my worst things, too. I have two baby name books for naming sims and AD&D characters. If I don't have a name already in mind, I open the book up to a random page and pick one from that page, or at least starting from that letter of the alphabet. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has trouble thinking up names! Mac, those are some good ideas for picking last names, especially since I'll probably be downloading more pre-made sims this time around.

I have a couple of Baby Names books AND I love referring to 20000 Names.Com, Cher. You can find names of almost ANY ethnicity, the name's meaning & origin; you can look up themed names (eg warrior names, elfin names, flower names, etc., etc) and even surnames/family names (for those of us who need help with last names) on that site. - Mac wrote:

I was trying to recall how you play last week, Mac. So, you play each household, normally, for 5 Sim days? Then move on to the next? I will alert Elle to the missing images and the download not working, folks. Thank you for letting us know Marc & Cleo are MIA! And thanks to Russ for providing Cleo's DL link!

Then move on to the next? That's it. I usually play all the active families for a whole season. (Finished winter about a month ago, maybe 1/3 of the way through spring, now). Some exceptions: I played Nerissa and Nathan Broadswood-Smythe for about a whole year - just to see Simone grow up. (Also played Sugah and Keanu more than a single season! ) Sims "empty-nesters" or those I'm tired of and are at 10 in their careers and permanent platinum I tend to retire - simply put them into a sub-neighborhood I don't play (pack 8 to a house) and equip with 'puter and phone. They still can be phoned, emailed, and still walk by. They don't age because I don't play them.

You are most welcome, Cher. I have found it an invaluable source for names/origins/definitions for years now! - Mac wrote:

I am assuming if one plays with Seasons installed, that each season lasts 5 Sim days, Mac? I did not know that. - Mac wrote:

| Just a shout-out about a creator on another site who's done some great stuff. AriesFlare on MTS2 has done some wonderful stuff that my sims use almost daily: Several foods: Low-skill meals - broccoli+pasta+chicken (in RL I really like it w/o chicken), chicken parm. High-skill subs in different flavors Any number of other food items But there's more! All those knit dresses and knit tops with black skirts - all basegame recolors but Simfemmes in the game and RL femmes in RL with the figure to carry them off will cause traffic accidents! And yet more I have yet to explore | |

| Thanks for the heads up on AriesFlare, Mac. I am always looking for more yummy cuisine for my Sims to eat daily. PS I am lovin' the Italian Sub, Meatball Sub and other subs/sandwiches! YUM! BTW, Mac... You like to download Sims Careers. Are there any that you can recommend that actually come with their own career wardrobe? Some you really like from creators you trust? Thanks!!! | |

You like to download Sims Careers. Are there any that you can recommend that actually come with their own career wardrobe? Some you really like from creators you trust? Thanks!!! Probably the very best career for clothes is the Maxis built-in Dance career - great outfits at the higher levels. Oceanography Adventure and Paranormal also have some "interesting" costumes. Espionage has some interesting costumes, especially at the high end. The top of the female version is Technical Theatre has some blah-blah costumes - stagehands in all black, etc. Nevertheless, it's a fun career to play. And then there's Pirate Arrrrr matey! with some pirate cossies. I've played all of these to the end. The only problem is that the top level pirate goes to work on a helicopter and needs a lot of width at least 2. lientebollemeis has contributed a lot of careers on MTS2, I think they're OK, but they conflict with some hack I use, so I don't play them. Do check out, though, the knitted dresses and tops by AriesFlare. I have a particular weakness for knit dresses. I have the rule about the 3 "P"s: Petite, perky, and looks great in a knit dress. (Sorry about that 3rd "P"). BTW - You know who was definitely a 3P!
