^^ Thanks, I was not sure if it was okay to do something like that so I just stuck with the link idea. Hehe I have no sound with my computer except when I use headphones.. it was an old server at my husband's work they just got a new one and was going to toss this one out so my hubby took it home and tweaked it into a good computer for me, so I can deal with headphones cause this comp had a fast enough prossesser to run Sims 2 and WoW(World of Warcraft... yes I play but not a lot, I am not one of those addicted to it cases)

Meilyn, I am deeply flattered with your request for a celebrity sim. However, I really don't think I could do him justice. There are several very talented sims artists out there, though, that might be willing to give it a try. You might start with Mod the Sims 2. I'd post you a link, but they're down for maintnenance.

Its alright, its the thought that counts, dear. I'd have tried myself but I can only recolor clothing and somewhat objects.. I am hardly a creator.. I've been to MTS2, my dear friend has an account there... she downloaded a lot of stuffs from there... but I lost teh linkage cause I suck like that.

I'd like to request a few Loft Brick Walls.

Colors I'd like is, Light and Dark Grey. Dark and Light Blue. Dark Blue I'd like to be more of a shade closer to a Navy Blue. Light Blue would be like a Sky Blue.

Would brown fall under Terra-Cotta? Or is that more of a clay color?

Yellow, I'd like it to be a deep yellow without it turning into gold.

Sea Glass Blue-Green here with two coordinating floors

Big Leaf Lounge Soft Olive & Yellow (2 walls) here with two coordinating floors

Subtly Yours Soft Yellow & Blue (2 walls) here and four coordinating floors

If none of those shades are what you're looking for, do you happen to have some textures/fabrics of the colors you'd like the loft-style brick walls to coordinate with?
Cause that would make it a lot easier for me to get as close to what you're wanting as humanly possible, Ed.

You can shoot me the textures/fabrics in an email or post them here, whichever you'd prefer.

Hello Sugah its me again with another request. I would think it would be great to have a set of fired color bricks as a combo with your shiver me timbers clapboard, and a set of fire color bricks with your shiver me timbers clapboard 2. Made the same way as the builders dream stucco and brick. Kinda like a shiver me bricks combo set 1 & 2. let me know what you think about this idea. I think these would look great on my bungalow style houses I like to build. I am praying you like this idea.

Andy, I've been experimenting with a different style brick, based on a Maxis Boho brick floor.

What do you think of this style? It could be for either interior or exterior walls.



I'm gonna test it in game in a bit to see how it looks.
I've also got an idea for stone/brick walls with vines on them ...

Those would be nice on some smaller older apartment or factories, they would also be a good foundation color on houses with foundation. I think they would also work on castle lots. ;)

I can definitely see them on old warehouses, factories and castles.
I think if I did this wall in a different, lighter shade than the serious gray, it might work on loft style apts.
Gonna experiment with it some more.

Okay, Eduardo, I've finished a small set of walls for you, based on the four color/texture sample you sent me.
Here are two of them:



The darker colors (rich blues and reds, eg) don't ever seem to turn out as well as I'd like, so I'm not terribly happy with the Crimson.
I also did a SIMply Deep Denim and SIMply Gray for you.

If you approve, I would like to offer them over at SIMply Edward, since the set is called "Eddie's Loft".

When the site is back up, please do!
