| I might give it a try. I tend to be technically challenged when it comes to learning new programs. But I'm always looking for ways to use my time more efficiently. If it's quick and painless, I'm all for it! Thank you, Russ. | |

| First of all, thank you, LisaMac for downloading some of our real estate and for the compliment! We're so glad you've found some Sims abodes here you love and enjoy playing. There are three of us on the team who do some building and decorating. Let me find out if anyone is currently working on a (fully furnished) beach house. If not, perhaps we can put it on the agenda for an upcoming update! | |

| Oh I forgot one thing to ask here. Recently my computer got a major virus on it and it took me a bit to get it a clean up on it. So my question is does fraps have any viruses on it? Because the virus came up after I install it... .....Sign off Savannah. |

| You are most welcome, Savannah. I've never had an interest in Sims 3. I couldn't get past the pudgy, identical looking, puddin' faces, to be honest. I had an opportunity to take my daughters' copy (she didn't like it) for FREE, but refused it. I absolutely love Sims 2 and am still discovering much about the game, even after all these years. I love creating for it, too. I'm all about Sims 2, in other words, and still have no interest, whatsoever, in Sims 3... Even if someone offered me their free copy (like my oldest did)! So glad you're lovin' Sims 2 like most of us here, Savannah. Good to have you with us. | |

| Let me see what I can do, Savannah. I've been wanting to do more clothing for our La Petite Boutique line. Do you have any untuckable tees or long sleeve shirts in mind? I might do a few tanks, too. | |

| I was wondering if you didn't mean these, when referring to untuckables. HP has a very generous sharing policy, too. That certainly helps, yes. Let me see what I can do, sweety. We'll be having an update next weekend. | |

| Are you trying to add a porch to a house on a foundation?
If you can explain what you want to do, I can see what I can do to help. | |

| Ok I have the foundation placed and I would like a porch placed all around it but when I place it I guess I get confused there it ether looks to big or to small...
for example: both the right and left side are 3x3 and the front and back are 4x3.
So do I need to make the front and the back 3x3? |

| Well I would only make the front and both sides only two tiles wide with the back more expansive to fit maybe a BBQ and a table and chair setting. | |

| Inge built a house with windows on the roof back in 2005, which you can see at MTS 2 HERE, Savannah. HERE she shares how she achieved it. Also, here are four pages of Build Mode tutorials that might help you at MTS2, as well. | |
