| On page 39 of this 'hood, my March 6 post about the pirate wedding, I said that the community lot "Wet 'n Wicked" was no longer at MTS2. I was wrong. Here it is! Arrrrr! The same designer just posted some really great 1x2 <10K$ starter homes here that pack in a lot for a small price! More talent from down under! "G'day" and all that! | |

| Sean Connery moved into a new house and while his wife Trinity was working, neighbors came to welcome him. We have here in the picture, around the table, Sean, Janet Bogart (from SimTr), Simon Cowell, Jen's Tiona, and She-Ra with her back to the camera. An unplanned occurrence. Simon Cowell, the terror of American Idol, playing dolls with Penny Connery. Of course, there's no dialogue, he could be saying "That's just plain awful" William and Kate Windsor's son. Richard William (the heir apparent) has grown into a teen. He appears to have inherited some genes from his ancestor George IV - and I've made him a pleasure sim. Let's hope that the RL William and Kate do better! Poor Stephen Bogart. Even as a teen he seems to have inherited his looks from his dad rather than his mom. See also page 39 of this thread. | |

| Love seeing all of your celebs in the game! They are fun and spice up the stories don't they! And She-Ra! Wasn't she a friend of He-Man? | |

| Sandy, glad you like my 'hood. I've always enjoyed doing a mix of celeb and custom sims. Was there really a He-Man??? I can always use more guys in my 'hood and She-Ra's still single. I do have the late (alas) Christopher Reeve in his civilian - not super -form. Toni has scored twice with her latest contributions to the Modeling Agency... Ben Jonson (Knowledge/Gemini Poet/Literature) Of course he's a poet - I don't have a playwright career. He's hooked up with April Rain (source unknown), who's Family/Virgo and is at the top of the Poet career. She had briefly been in the artist/writer commune and actually engaged to Tatania Aster. She broke up with Tatania. Actually both of them cried. And Griffin (minus the Elvis hair) seems to have something going with Crystal Sugah. Griffin is FortuneCancer Model/Science. Crystal is Knowledge/Aries but doesn't have a career yet. Probably heading toward culinary. The big event was that BeckyLynn's Vanessa (also her avatar) presented Harry Potter with twins! Harry is holding Lily and Vanessa is holding Gavin. I was originally going to name them Lily and James after Harry's late parents, but then the RL Gavin came along. Twin toddlers are a handful! But they're now children. Vanessa was delighted to have her figure back after waddling about like an ocean liner and bought herself a new knit dress to show it off. Harry had a day off so she was able to go back for a day to her job in Information Technology. It turns out that the geeks at SimSoft were working on the latest OS, code named "Aqua" and were mightily distracted. Alas, the release was plagued with "ASOD" problems followed by "Do not turn off your computer" "Downloading Update 1 of 27" | |

| Oh yes! Our son Tony was a big fan of the animated show in the 80's! He-man was the alter-ego of Prince Adam. He was the most powerful man in the Universe :) She-Ra was the Princess of Power! If you google He-man and go to the Wikipedia link, it tells all about it. I'm not sure if there is a Sim version of him or not. Might be!! My quotes didn't work right! "Twins are a handful" You got that right!! Ha, ha!! | |

| Mac, if you were looking for one, I know where one is, but no, it's not on MTS; it's on IS here because I have all of them :) In fact, I have him, She-Ra, Bow and Catra in my current hood and She-Ra and Bow are about to get married XD
And She-Ra & He-Man are twin siblings separated at birth thanks to the Horde. (I own the entire animated series now that it's on DVD and I used to own EVERY SINGLE doll and accessory for the She-Ra fandom when I was a child - and to this day it was the ONLY SERIES I ever owned everything to! XD)

| ButterflyUnion: Many thanks for the link to He-Man! I've downloaded him and will get him going when I: Terminate my currently running sims program, Sims2(Un)Pack him, start up the sims again. I'll make sure he's compatible with her - probably move him into her house as a brother. I didn't know the back story, so I'm glad you told me! Bringing him in as a lover/spouse would have been a bit shocking! Right now she's at the top of the Law Enforcement career. I haven't yet had her fly away to work - should be exciting. He'll probably end up in Law Enforcement, too. "Fighters of Evil" don't have too much of a choice! | |

| By popular request (well, request, anyway, maybe my own )here's He-Man. He's moved in with She-Ra as her brother. His DNA is exactly the same as hers (after all they're twins) and he likes blonde hair and logical and dislkies fat. I do think they'll get along. He arrived in the wee hours of the morning, but She still got up and fixed him a breakfast of eggs Benedict. Eggs Benedict! Good food! Yum! Eat! What a combo - Snacky plus Hunky! | |

| I wanted Lady Sugah's second child to be a boy. The easiest way is to save the game before the baby is born, then if the baby is a girl, quit without saving and restore. Anyway, Crystal Sugah, now all grown up, has a baby brother, Kane Sugah, and was helping by feeding him his bottle. Mom was telling Crystal "Maybe he'll be an uncle soon" (Nudge, Nudge, Wink, Wink) Crystal had a good laugh with her dad as he sang a bit from the Menuet from Boccherini's String Quintet No 5. If you've ever seen The Ladykillers, you'll never be able to listen to this piece without grinning (Note - it's the 1955 version, not the 2004 remake) Kane grew up from a baby into a toddler. This time (after the fiasco during Crystal's toddler birthday) they had a very small party. Even so, Keanu was still paying just a little too much attention to Crystal's friend, Kate Drianna. Offered without too much comment... Kane is a lucky little guy, and I imagine that Crystal finds all this very enjoyable! She's hardly even going with a guy, but I think that one day Sugah just might have a grandchild. They may be collections of bits and pixels, but it's awfully easy to fall in love with your sims! | |

Hahahaha! I know what you mean about falling in love with my Simmies. The game I have now is the longest I have ever played. I am poised on the brink of a Second and Third Generation. Many teens have done well at school and in their part-time jobs and are now YAs in college. I meant to take more pictures but I get caught up in play and forget. Thanks, Mac for keeping up with your screenshots. I love to see what is happening in other players' games. EDIT: I just put the classic 1955 version of the 'LadyKillers' in my Netflix Queue. Can't wait to see it. I am a huge fan of Alec Guinness!

Me too! My all-time favorite is The Horse's Mouth, but I also love Lavender Hill Mob (I must have seen this one a dozen times) Man in the White Suit (which has a wonderful Chaplin-esque ending, in which you laugh, then cry). Our Man in Havana had both Alec Guinness and the late Ernie Kovacs. Alec Guinness also had a small part (Herbert Pocket) in David Lean's 1946 Great Expectations. This is a film classic that has put any subsequent attempts at Great Expectations to shame. Alec Guinness was involved in the West End stage production of Great Expectations prior to the movie

| Just some happenings... Sugah's Arabel Wallace married Ewan McGregor. "Aye lassie, let's keep it in Scotland" (no Scotsman, I'm making do with a pirate ) He's Knowledge/Scorpio Athletic/Fitness while she's Knowledge/Pisces Science/Science. Do notice Arabel's purple nailpolish! Crystal and her dog, Honey had three guests as she started her new home - two doctors, Hugh Laurie and Sandra Bullock, and HE-MAN. Crystal is Knowledge/Aries Culinary/Fitness. Since she was a college grad, she started the culinary career at level 8! I already have one picture posted of Crystal washing Honey, but they're such fun! Moonbeam Astralune had a lunch party for her visitors: Ari's Leaf Ericsson (sorry Toni, I'd named him before you contributed Lief), George Clooney, and Jen's Tovia. Moonbeam is Knowledge/Virgo Paranormal/Nature. BTW Tovia was married (by a snowman) to Sir Delphy on page 33 of this thread I made Cree and Dakota sisters in the same house. They're entertaining Jen's Fin and Toni's Amir. Cree has a thing for Fin (hates Amir) and Dakota has a thing for Amir (and hates Fin!) So no competition. Cree is Popularity/Scorpio Dance/Arts and Dakota is Knowledge/Pisces Agriculture/Nature Who says you can't have a Champagne toast at breakfast, even over cereal. Cree removes her scarf and lets her hair down when she sleeps in her PJs Elle's Blossom gave a lunch party for her visitors: Sugah's Ella Warne, Ari's Leaf Ericsson and Toni's Lief Poisson I found the perfect formal dress for Blossom - matches her headband! Blossom (Pleasure/Pisces Oceanographer/Science) had Brandon Fish, who's at the top of the Oceanography career, and his wife Heli over Leaf already had the surname "Ericsson" so Lief is Lief Poisson (close enough to fish ). As any student of probability will tell you, Simeon Poisson was a noted French mathematician. Lief has things going pretty hot with Brittany. She's an NPC slacker. (He's a slacker, too). She's going to end up with either Lief or Jen's Dom. One thing about her - she scores zero in Sloppy/Neatness! I do have a hack that will allow her to "study" neatness - move her score up at least out of the trough. (I've used the hack to improve the Nasty/Nice score of some of my sims' offspring. Leaf had Gerard Depardieu (the world is waiting for his offspring with Audrey Tautou) and two lovely ladies over for lunch. They're Kimberly Alda (Alan Alda's wife - he discovered a real gem in an NPC) and Ari's Echo. Note that they're both wearing the same outfit. This has happened to me several times - I'm really going to have to introduce more variety into my simfemme's clothing. | |

| Yelena Korikova has been one of my favorite sims practically since I first installed the basic game. I think she came from the now defunct EA Sims 2 site. She's married to Toni's Adam Kitts. She's Fortune/Aries Medicine/Music while he's Fortune/Aries Journalism/Literature. They were engaged, and over breakfast decided to have just a quiet wedding without a party. "I want to wear my pretty dress and drink Champagne, but that's it!" So they put a wedding arch in their backyard and said their vows. Adam landed a very pretty simfemme! And they had their Champagne... "If there are just the two of us, there's all the more to drink! " Simone Broadswood-Smythe came over and she and Yelena hit it off really well. BTW, born in game sims have a real advantage. Yelena clawed her way through all of the lower levels of the medical career to arrive at Specialist. Simone, by virtue of her skill building as a toddler-child-teenager plus her university education, started at Specialist! Similarly Crystal Sugah started her culinary career as Executive Chef (no fast food for her!) and is already a Restaurant owner. Meet Ivan Kornikova. No point in baby pics, but next season he'll be turning into a toddler and I'll post pics then. | |
